The food was good but they have gone down hill as far as service and cleanliness. I placed an order online and 20 minutes later went in to pick up and the person working said she had just put the order in the oven and ot would be another 10 min. The online order had said the pizza had been ready for 5 minutes before I arrived. The store was also very dirty!
This little cesars is by far out of the whole state of NC 10000% the Best, most professional, considerate and all around genuine group of people I've ever bought food from. Jennie and cynai are by far the best and thats saying a lot considering the whole group is already absolutely amazing.
It’s food service and I understand they’re short staffed. I just wish there was a bit more transparency about it taking longer. This happens often. I feel bad complaining. Please hire more staff so they aren’t struggling.
