This was my family first time at this restaurant Saturday afternoon and the atmosphere with the staff wasn't friendly especially with the manager, the managers attitude really stunk that afternoon so we left . We want be returning to this restaurant even though it was recommended by a friend. It was said the atmosphere was friendly but did not feel that atmosphere on Saturday 7-9-2025, no Empathy at all. Sickening 🤮 attitudes.

This place used to be good and has started going downhill. Last two times I ordered cajun fries and just given regular. The burgers are smaller and weren't cooked properly. The last order I got from here basically did a speedrun through my digestive system.

Used to love this place, but the last two visits were less than wonderful. Food quality has gone down. Onion rings were cooked in really old oil and tasted terrible. The attention to detail is gone. What a shame.

It was my first time there bc i wanted a good burger, and my son recommended it, and he was spot on. That burger 🍔 was huge and fulfilling, and I got the smallest one they sell, so worth it with lots of different options for toppings. Great place for burgers

My fiance and I ate here for the first time today, our experience wasn’t necessarily bad but I wouldn’t eat here again or recommend it to anyone. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was empty and not the cleanest. I got the beef hot dog with chili and cheese then fries with no Cajun seasoning. My fiance got a bacon cheese burger and fries with Cajun seasoning. The portion sizes were decent but when spending $30 I expected better quality. I could tell the fries were either refried or fried in old grease, the hot dog was good nothing special and the burger was not good at all. The burger had no flavor or seasoning. I could understand underwhelming food and a sticky table if they were slammed but like I said there was no one in there.

I normally go to the Big Burger Spot for their delicious burgers. I tried to go there on Monday of this week but there was some type of fundraiser thing going on and I was not able to get my burger. Fast forward some days later, on Saturday I was off and wanted to treat my family to some good burgers. When we first sealed in there is a girl literally taking orders who looked like she rolled out of bed. No seriously LITERALLY! Her hair was all over her head and although she was young, she had a terrible time taking our orders. Either she was sleepy or something else not sure. After it taking forever to get our orders, she proceeds to say it will be a 30-40 minute wait. I said that’s fine. Then after we paid another lady comes in from sitting in a truck with another female and says “Just letting yall know it’s gonna be a 30-45 min wait. It may even be an hour. Excuse me? We’ve all been there but her look on her face was as if she was ready to go and in an “oh well” type of mood. We still decided to stay even though we now hear an hour wait after order was paid for. Just to confirm what I’m saying, If you look at your cameras around 7:30pm , you will also see two gentle that actually left. I’m sure it was either her oh well attitude, long wait, or combination of both. I actually came back home to wait as I live down the street and came back 30 min later and still had to wait about 10-15 min. Came home to a TERRIBLE very hard cooked burger and even the bread was tough. I knew i should have had someone with that type of attitude fixing my burger and I sure paid for it. Literally. I understand employees being tired but when you keep yelling just letting yall know it’s a long wait cause I don’t want yall mad at me. It kind sets a tone. $50 (3 meals) down the drain

Food is good, delivery was fast. But they forgot the sauce that I ordered. Kind of ruined everything. it was bad enough to forget the sauce, but I was charged for.

We visited the kernersville location, the service was great and food was fantastic! I got the cowboy BLT 10/10 recommend. We also tried a classic burger, the meat tasted very quality. Cajun fries are delicious as well!
So I have issue with my sweet potato fries always bring burnt, this time and . My burger which I paid more for upgraded one and my bacon was left off .. ive ordered here 3 times and have had issue each one. So that's what done for me... As a consumer and part of the customer service for me is caring to take the time make sure my order right that's what I value and determines your experience. On positive there burgers is cooked perfectly and juicy which why I still have 3 stars
