Came here from out of town wanting to try some of the best burgers in Greensboro. Pulled up to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon during business hours, to my surprise the place was locked up. Apparently people placed orders online and couldn't pick them up either, no signage or the door or anything. This place popped up on several lists as one of the best places to try unfortunately it was just locked up and the other location wasn't picking up either to inform anyone of what was going on. Disappointed!

I have experienced Big Burger Spot from Door Dash and other platforms. Nothing beats going into the restaurant. Service was great and made to order fresh burgers, will have you licking your fingers just to get another taste.Vegetarian options: Plant base burgers.

Food was great, when we finally got it. After 30 min of waiting I realized that 3 groups of people received their food before us even though they were behind us in line so I mentioned to the cashier that I think they lost our ticket because we didn’t get our food yet. They were looking for the ticket and husband came up and said “did you all really lose out ticket?” They finally realized that yes indeed they lost the ticket and instead of apologizing for their mistake, the cashier said do you still want your food. Since we have already been waiting 30 minutes and my 3 year older was hungry we said yes. Luckily they made the chicken fingers for my daughter quickly and one of the employees brought it to our table with excuse that their system is down so they have to write out the tickets. Well the system didn’t go down after our order, it’s been down so how is that a viable excuse? Whoever was supposed to write the order down either didn’t or lost it. Therefore it was a human error, not technology. When our order was done the female cook had quite the attitude with my husband. She said thank you to him for some reason and he didn’t say anything so then with an attitude said your welcome. He turned around and said thank you for the late food. Granted my husband shouldn’t have said that even though they did nothing to make their mistake right. As my husband walked away the female cook screamed “it’s not my fault the system is down”. Maybe not but it was still your teams fault for missing our order. With that said, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Ordered take out. Ordered a cowboy blt. Someone picked it up for us, the sandwich was made with the heel of the bread. Bacon/sandwich was salty, had little to no mayo. Overall a super disappoint sandwich, and everything was oily. Friend ordered burger it was nothing special.Also ordered part/truffle fries. They were the only decent part.

I got sick, I mean real sick. It was the only meal I had all day. I buy from this place all the time, I spend about $40 or more per visit, but I'll hold off for now. I will say it was a gentlemen Id never seen before cooking, so maybe he just made a simple mistake this time. I may try again later on and fix my review if all goes well. The food is always delicious and well made normally. Customer Service is alway about 4 stars depending on who is on the register. But the guys behind the grill 5 stars.

I've been a fan of BBS since they opened here. Earlier the burger patties were charred and tasty. Now, they are just fried, I'm guessing on a not-so-hot griddle. Also, the quality of the meat seems to have gone down. Really disappointing as this was my go-to burger joint.

The menu on their website is incorrect, b which was disappointing because 2/3 of my order is no longer available. The food I was able to get was good and the employees were nice; no problem with going back. Just please update your menu online. Also, their pesto mayo was surprisingly good.
