First my fryās arenāt cooked all the way through ,then you cut the orange juice with waterā¦. While weāre getting charged extra for eggs that taste like plastic definitely not coming back for a while

I've been going to this location for a very long time now. And here lately the quality and customer care have dropped significantly. On top of everything else my order has increased 3 to 4 times in just as many months to a point where my meal is almost $12. I can get a meal at so many other places and receive the same if not better customer care. If I were the manager of this location I'd want to seriously re think who I have in the customer facing positions.

Food was acceptable even with increased egg prices. Country was very greasy and somewhat tough. Will not order it again. Best biscuits out of all the fast food chains. Fluffy, light, almost beaking apart because of flakiness. Prefer to get my biscuits only at Biscuitville. Pancake was ok but nothing memorable.

Iāve been going to this BVL for years up until leaving to go to Florida several years ago. Since moving back to NC, I decided to have breakfast here this morning. BVL used to be big on Customer Service, not now. The young lady who served me at the window as very nice but, she added cheese to my biscuit that I cannot eat. After getting home and discovering this, I drove back to the restaurant to advise and get a biscuit without cheese. Only to be given a lesson by a shift lead or whatever on how cheese āautomaticallyā comes on the biscuit and āIā have to āaskā them to leave the cheese off. I was confused. Bc if I say, āI want a bacon and scrambled egg biscuitā¦ā in essence, I HAVE said āno cheeseā because I didnāt mention cheese. Instead, bc I donāt work there and know what āautomaticallyā comes on their biscuits, what may have been more feasible is for the young lady who took my order to make sure I didnāt want the cheese since she would be the one who knew it āautomaticallyā came on the biscuit. The shift lead or Caucasian woman who assisted me was clear she liked to say her piece and people should simply go along with whatever she says. Once my order was ready, she handed it to me without words as if she was about to walk away, very nasty. And when I asked for my receipt so I could do my reverie, she snatched it off the bag to give it to me. Very nasty. And I may be giving her too much credit calling her the shift lead. I wonāt be going back.

That's it! I tried again but no more. This is the worst location ever. Rude, noisy and loud when placing order, sounds like a classroom full of toddlers. Had to repeat order...and if that wasn't bad enough the doggone food was NOT HOT! The bread was cold and dry. Smh...just plain š

I stopped on my way back to Georgia because they are not down here. Food was slow to come out. However, the service was impeccable!!! They gave me a free dessert to comp me for my time! Very friendly customer service!!!
