I am here visiting the area. Called to see what time the dining room open and I was hung up on 3 separate times. Unprofessional and that was rude. Once I got there Matthew was amazing. Friendly and knows the menu.

I wound up mistakenly calling this location with a concern/complaint. Manager Brandy was absolutely amazing in addressing the concerns that I shared. In closing out the call we realized that I had the wrong location. Brandy was still gracious enough to uphold her word in remaking my order although I called the wrong store. I will not be cashing in that rain check but I will definitely make my way to support her business!!! Thank you so much Brandy.

They messed up my order at the drive thru, made me wait 15 minutes just for them to use the same soggy biscuit and make a half-assed replacement without all the right ingredients and when I drove back for a replacement I was told they’re out of biscuits.

I go thru the drive thru at 9:14 my order got messed up 2 times I noticed the first one while in drive thru so easy fix. I left to drop off food to see that I needed I go back since they missed a biscuit and so I go back and they make it quick. I had to make another order for someone else and they asked for no salt on fries and a sausage biscuit with a tomato easy meal to make… after 10 minutes of waiting I ask the lady in the front “hey can you ask what the hold up is” she responds with “I think they are making it now” a little over 4 minutes passed again I asked her about what the hold up is so I can understand and not get mad she turns her backkk and just stands there! A minute passed going on 16 mins she’s Not communicating with her other workers or anything to figure out why is it taking 16 damn mins! Once it hits 16 mins for one meal she points at the screen and ask the guy making the biscuits “where is this meal at?” he says “we r waiting on the fries” it does NOT take 16 mins to drop fries maybe 5 mins max. I have never been to a fast food place where it takes that long for fries and if something does take long to make the employees have always communicated.
