My husband was just at your location to pick up breakfast from the drivethru. After being asked to park and waiting over 10 mins, only half of our meal was brought out.
He was told they put my meal and his, ordered together by one person, on two separate tickets and then cancelled one of them because they didn't know who's it was. I'm used to the chicken not being ready at Bojangles, but this took it to a whole new level. The manager said it would be four minutes for the chicken to be done, but 15 minutes later I'm still waiting and decide to pull back through the drive-through to pick up my order that he "was about to bring out". Once I get home I find out that it's missing part of the order. I will not be going back to this Bojangles again.
Just received the worst customer service ever at this store. Went in to speak with management and the girl came up front and still had attitude. I will never eat there again.
