I have eaten at this Bojangles twice and both times the food is terrible. The biscuit maker should be fired and fired immediately. My grandma is rolling over in her grave for calling that biscuits. I usually don't leave reviews but this place is pitiful. I used to love Bojangles in the late 80s,90s, and early 00s. It was a treat for my family to take me there. The food has gone down at all of them but this one takes the cake. Y'all could do better. Like most places it could be management or it just could be the part of town it's located in????? On a positive note the cashier was pleasant and got the food quickly

The employees always make u wait without acknowledgement for at least 7 minutes at the register the drive through can take 20 minutes to get ur food not only almost always warm not hot, at night they fake run out of most popular chicken pieces they'll say we only have tender supremes......bogus

We waited in the drive thru line over 30 minutes only to be told once getting to the window that a part of my order wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. No one thanked us for our patience. Fast food is meant to be fast. Super disappointed and frustrated with this restaurant.

It was nice to see the local college gear incorporated into this location. Everyone was friendly and had no issues with service. All the tables needed to be wiped and there were several people in the kitchen so it was a little disheartening that they didn't prioritize the lobby. When I had to use the restroom instead of giving me a code or key a male cashier walked me to the restroom, opened the door and held it open for me...that was uncomfortable for me. Food was fresh no concerns there.

Waited in the drive-through for 60+ minutes to get my online order. I tried to go inside but they close the dining room at 7 PM.
When I asked for a refund, the manager told me she could not provide a refund. I would have to go through the online app. Which nowhere in the app does it say cancel your order or refund your order so ended up having to call corporate. there were people being let in the dining room, but when I tried to go in the dining room, they told me it was drive-through only and lock the door

By far the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. The employees are lazy and just down right pathetic.They have no sense of urgency considering there's 15 people in line trying to get food. Don't waste your time here unless you have 30-45 mins to waste on ordering food. Just Fyi, I try coming here at least once a week since I work right down the road and it's always the same experience!!

Visited this location and ordered the Cajun filet biscuit combo with fries and unsweetened tea. The young lady at the counter made a funny quip about this being her first unsweetened tea ever requested. She was very polite and seemed to enjoy her job.
The biscuit was fluffy, chicken nice and hot. The French fries tasty and so hot I had to blow on them; it was a delightful breakfast. Will be back.

You have to be prepared to wait to place your order and get ready for a wait for it to be prepared. Check that order before You leave most of the time it's the wrong order or something is missing.
