By far the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. The employees are lazy and just down right pathetic.They have no sense of urgency considering there's 15 people in line trying to get food. Don't waste your time here unless you have 30-45 mins to waste on ordering food. Just Fyi, I try coming here at least once a week since I work right down the road and it's always the same experience!!

Visited this location and ordered the Cajun filet biscuit combo with fries and unsweetened tea. The young lady at the counter made a funny quip about this being her first unsweetened tea ever requested. She was very polite and seemed to enjoy her job. The biscuit was fluffy, chicken nice and hot. The French fries tasty and so hot I had to blow on them; it was a delightful breakfast. Will be back.

You have to be prepared to wait to place your order and get ready for a wait for it to be prepared. Check that order before You leave most of the time it's the wrong order or something is missing.

I wouldn't recommend this location unless you have plenty of time to wait. You can't dine in they only have drive thru open at busy lunchtime. They obviously need more employees which sours the attitude of the employees who are working.

Everything was the perfect temperature and the perfect crispiness or silkiness depending on what it was. The drive-thru people were smart and quick and efficient and it was a great visit!
*Up 12/30... I swear to goodness it was even better today! Highly recommend!

Whatever manager was working the drive thru window this morning 11-26-24 @ 9:30 am completely messed up my order. I even repeated myself THREE times. She was more focused on talking to people in the background having side conversations instead of doing her job. Had an attitude. Rushed me through my order which I guess is why my order was wrong. My fries were cold as if they been sitting there. I get to the window and ask for a honey mustard she then charges me 40 cents for it and don’t even put it in the bag. Should definitely have a no loitering sign somewhere… being approached by crackheads while I’m trying to order food with my kids in the car is crazy. Horrible experience… definitely won’t be coming back here. Coming from someone who managed a Bojangles for 4 years. Y’all need to do better. Just saying.
