Last week while on my way to work I stopped here to grab a quick bite for breakfast. I ordered the Bo-Berry Biscuit. Instead of them telling me they had to bake them and it would be more than 12 minutes to wait, they took my payment and asked me to pull up. I waited for 10 minutes and then called the store and was told that's why we had you pull up, no sorry, no we will be right out, nothing. I waited an additional 2 minutes and then pulled off as I had to get to work on time....read full review
My visit was a little before 8:00 pm on 8/16/2018.
I make my drive they order. Tailgate special. Was told it’ll be 4 minutes for fresh chicken. Go park. I waited and waited. Noticed car in front of me left, and numerous cars in drive through also getting their food and leaving. I’m still waiting! After 10 minutes I go in to check on it. Was not greeted. This location is close to our house, so we've been here a many times. Over the last few months, we've noticed that there is an employee that has a VERY NASTY attitude! She gets upset when you ask for fresh fries (she pretended to give me new ff as she went around the corner, but I saw that she put the SAME COLD fries back in the box, so I had to go inside).
