The Bang, Bang Shrimp is always good, as is the Trout. This particular visit the server who was nice needed better training as several mistakes occured. Also had to get someone to get her to bring me my bill.

BAILEY and KATIE were awesome and extremely kind yesterday during our visit. It was my boyfriend's birthday and we celebrated lunch here. We have been coming to this location for a while and it is usually always a hit, the drinks are usually made by Bailey I believe because I saw him there the first time I ever tried bonefish but we will be returning. This spot has been on our rotation for nights out in Greensboro and I'm just so grateful there are people that actually know how to give great customer service because you don't see that a lot nowadays. Great job on the drinks, there were a few times my food came up and didn't meet my expectations but the drinks are always on point. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but this place is trustworthy and they truly put the customers first.

Just returned from this restaurant and drove over there from Winston-Salem as we lost our Bonefish Grill Restaurant during Covid. I am seeing all the 5 star reviews. These people must have eaten at a different Bonefish Grill than we did. We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before a server came to our table and then it was b/c we asked where our server was. The food was horrible (as opposed to Bonefish Grill when it was in Winston-Salem before Covid). I had grouper, crab, cake, jasmine rice, and was supposed to get asparagus which they were out of. They substituted steamed spinach which was swimming in grease and I could NOT eat it. The group had no taste nor did the crab cake which was full of fillers. My husband had the shrimp and scallop pasta which also had NO taste. Everything was simply bland. The only thing edible was the bread and bang, bang shrimp. I talked with Rachel the manager who was going to pass my review to the person over her. The service was not good either. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant. This was my husband's 85th birthday celebration and we were SO disappointed!

Evidently, those people who gave this restaurant a 5 star review ate at a different restaurant than my husband and me. It was over 20 minutes before a server approached our table and that was after I got up and asked where our server was. I had the grouper with crab cake, jasmine rice. I was suppose to have asparagus also; however, I was told they were out of the asparagus so I ordered the steamed spinach which I could not eat b/c it was swimming in grease. The grouper and crab cake had no taste at all. The only thing which was good was the bread and bang bang shrimp. My hubby had the scallop and shrimp pasta which also did not have any taste and was completely bland. The service was marginal. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant. We had driven over from Winston-Salem for my husband's 85th birthday. What a disappointment! We used to eat at Bonefish Grill in Winston-Salem quite often before it was shut down b/c of Covid, and the food was excellent. I also posted a review on Google.

We always love it here! The food and service are excellent and it usually isn't too crowded. I definitely recommend Lilys Chicken and my wife likes the rainbow trout. And of course the bang bang shrimp!

Overall good experience. The food came in great portions and the service was relatively quick, I think they are usually slow on weekdays so there’s not alot of staff working so there might be a slight delay in getting a servers attention as they are pretty much working nonstop; regardless everyone was helpful and in good spirits.

We specifically asked the waitress to not bring our food until we were done with our salads. Didn't happen. The guy who brought them said the kitchen said send them out. He could take them back and put them under the heat lamps. No thank you. Then I ordered the Chilean sea bass and it tasted fishy and I dont think it was the right fish. The waitress took it back to getl another. The manager came over and did not seem too concerned and told me it was sea bass. He was not very cordial. They brought me another piece of fish that was better. I was really disappointed with the management.
