I visited during lunchtime when the restaurant was nearly empty. Despite prepaying and leaving a tip, my takeout order took longer than expected. Upon requesting a side of ranch, I overheard a staff member question, rather loudly, why I needed ranch with tacos. This felt unprofessional, especially since my order included fries. The slow service and dismissive attitude were disappointing. I hope the staff can address these issues to improve future customer experiences.

I had an excellent time at Bonefish Grill yesterday. My server Ti' Anna was so patient and respectful. When I wasn't sure of what I wanted she gave me some nice recommendations! My nephew spilled his juice and she kindly cleaned it up and brought out another for him. If you're going to the Bonefish Grill on Koury Blvd definitely ask for Ti'Anna to be your server! You won't regret it!

I appreciate the service provided by the bartender (forgot his name.) He was very attentive. However, this is the second time my food has not been good. I’m not sure what is going on. Everything tastes like a prepackaged frozen meal I can buy out of the grocery store. My last visit I ordered the shrimp linguine to go. Shrimp was chewy and just not good. This visit I ordered the bourbon salmon. Now, I did substitute the potatoes for the jasmine rice b/c I love rice. My rice and green beans were soaked in the salty bourbon sauce so I asked for a separate bowl. When given the separate bowl of rice, it came out hard. Now, jasmine rice is supposed to be light and fluffy, not cooked hard. My salmon tasted like the bourbon salmon I get from Sam’s club in the frozen food section. I pay $20 for a box and this meal was almost $30! I visit here often after a long day of work to decompress with a nice cocktail and food. The food hasn’t been nice lately and I am disappointed in Bonefish!

I came in today and ordered the fish and chips. My order came out and my fish was soggy , greasy, and looked like just tossed in the to go box. Presentation horrible. I went in side to speak to a manager a light skinned guy with glasses. He said he would remake. My remake came out a few minutes later. Looked better than the first time. I started to eat my food but the overwhelming burnt taste of the grease used to cook took over my taste buds and had to spit the food out. This was the second time order messed up. Went back inside to request a refund same manager looking like he could care less said I'm sorry you didn’t like your fish like i did something wrong and walked off. My first time eating this chain was in Concord NC it was a perfect experience. I will never eat here again

We just went to Bonefish in Greensboro the service and food was horrible. Mind you we ordered take out my shrimp tacos was incorrect instead of a remake they just raked the extra off and gave it back to me. My husbands fish and chips was soggy first go round second round come to find out the grease was burnt so it had this burnt taste to the fish. I’m disappointed that we just had the same meals in Concord last weekend excellent service and food amazing GREENSBORO didn’t even come close to the service and taste of our food! We will not be going back at all…if the issue is on you then you should take responsibility be more compassionate because it’s an honor to be chosen out of thousands of other places to eat!!

Great atmosphere! The food and service are amazing. They also have a great cocktail menu with new stuff to try all the time. I come here often and my favorite thing is that once a month they have 4 course beverage and food dinners! Great price, great service, and they make it fun with prizes and decorations!

I attended the tequila and tapas event at the Greensboro location, and the food and service were top-notch. The staff did an amazing job of making our experience a memorable one, especially our server Danielle. I will definitely be back for another event.
