I have attended numerous events at Bonefish Greensboro. This one was absolutely amazing! Management and staff did a great job on this one. The filet was cooked perfectly and everything was delicious. I am looking forward to the next event!

The restaurant was ok. The service was kind of disorganized. I told the server Kendall that I would like bread. I got none. I was supposed to get a refill on my club soda, none. Didn't see Kendall at MY table too often. The food was ok but not the best. In all, I would choose Bonefish Grill close to the last as a future dining location.

The service was extremely slow and the food was mediocre at best. It took over 25 minutes to get my drink and I had to ask for it a third time to get it. I was told the bar was backed up, but I was watching and I could see at one point the bartenders were caught up and just standing around...but my drink still wasn't ready. Our server did not bring us bread although we saw him bring it to other tables. We had to ask someone else to get it for us. We ordered appetizers and food. We ordered a side of risotto which was never given to us, but it WAS on the bill. Truffle fries were nothing special....not homemade. Crab cake appetizer was only 2 very small crab cakes. They looked lost on the plate. The bang bang shrimp was good. That's about it.

This is exactly what we expect from a well-run chain. The food is consistently good. It's easy to customize your selection. The service was friendly even though they appeared to be short staffed.

I am not one to leave reviews at least not bad ones but I am totally disappointed in my food.. when I order food I expect the same service that I would get while there. The food was awful I’ve never seen any food come out plated this way without using fresh ingredients…. Cold asparagus underdone potatoes greasy overcooked pork chop… and they forgot to pack my scallops this is what I had been craving since I can eat after surgery but this was a complete fail..🤦🏾♀️

They were really slow, the food was very salty except the asparagus, we has the calamari very salty, I had the unicorn fish very salty and also had the mussels which were the worst tasting mussels I've ever had their sauce was sweet never had sweet mussels before it was terrible, the rice was the worst white rice I've ever had too like they should have gone to a Chinese restaurant to get them to deliver steamed white rice to them. Wow this restaurant has really gone down hill, bye bye bonefish grill never going there again.
Went last night, 9/11/25, and it was great! Our server Cee Cee was amazing! Very attentive and even with her training someone, she did not miss anything. The food and drinks were good. Definitely recommend!!

Last night I came in to enjoy a meal with my family and I was informed by my server that it was martini Monday and that our drinks may be delayed. It took 20 mins for us to get our first round of drinks. Just for our server to come back and say that the bar is closing at 9:45. I know it wasn’t her fault but it was unfair we couldn’t get the full experience on our first time here. On the door it says the bar is open until. Through my dining experience we were only able to have 1 drink a piece, no manager or anything came by to resolve the issue.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes on 1 order of coconut shrimp. The manager wanted to act like it was our fault. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 order of coconut shrimp @4pm. We was on our 3rd drink and 3rd loaf of bread. The manager thought it was okay to wait that long for our 1 order of food. Then when we complain about it manager ask what we wanted to do about it. Common sense is to comp out that order. It was my birthday and this place doesn't care about making things right when they are in the wrong. Manager had a attitude and wasnt trying to do anything about making it right. We had to ask him to comp the food or we wasnt going to just walk out. It seems the manager has communication problems. This place wasnt even busy at all to make us wait that long.
