Two of my mom’s rings were stolen from her room, one of them was her wedding band. When she spoke to Liz the manager on duty, there was no apology or sense of urgency to resolve the situation until the cops were called. Although it they could track who had been in and out of the room, they refused to question those employees or search for the items in question. Hotel management refused to allow us to book a room with a king bed for two adults and a one year old. We called directly to book a room and spoke to them, and they told us we could only book a room with two double beds. Don't recommend.

Last Friday, my spouse and I had reservations at your hotel and prior to traveling from Washington DC area to Greensboro, I used the chat option via the Bonvoy application to request a room upgrade since I am a Lifetime Gold member and my spouse is a titanium member.
