Every time I order from this location you can’t get a hold of anyone, their delivery times are usually an hour longer than the app says, many times I’ve ordered pickup and they claim they never received the online order.
A chicken only restaurant ran out of chicken and didn't give a refund of my money. Has been 2 weeks. I was told it would be back on my card within 3 to 5 business days. Completely unprofessional,hood,and ghetto. Manager won't come to the phone. Leaves you on hold forever. Very irritating to deal with. Don't go to this location. Always rude I know they're very busy but my order was incomplete I didn't call and complain there was way too many people there I spent over 50 bucks and they forgot my corn the sauce wasn't even barely no sauce on my boneless wings or my bone-in wings the fries are always flimsy and never crispy nobody ever asked if I want crispy or flimsy fries the drink station is always dirty very disappointed
