Ordered online said the order was ready. Got here waited over an hour still haven’t started my order. 10:45pm saw food handlers vaping in the kitchen. This is beyond aweful

I avoided going here due to bad reviews for a very long time but I am glad I gave it a chance because my experience was not bad. I was missing one item from my order but I went back in and they got it for me and they were apologetic. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and helpful and the food was fantastic! I will definitely be back.

While the food was ok, the service was not. The two employees at the counter did not acknowledge me when I walked up to ask where to-gos were. One of the two workers was chatting with a friend (not an employee) at the counter and then started looking for a plug for the friends phone charger. The second worker looked at me, then back at the register, then back at me and then just wandered off. I finally just asked the person taking the ice tea machine apart who pointed me to the window to the left of the kitchen. While waiting for the food to be packaged up the lady at the tea machine called over to the kitchen for a whisk to mix the tea. Someone from the kitchen brought out the whisk by the handle and the lady who was just tearing apart the dirty tea machine with no gloves on, grabbed the whisk by the bottom (not the handle) and put it directly into the sweet tea. GROSS. This will be the last time I visit this location.

The sanitation of the place is horrible, the men's bathroom was blocked to wheelchair access. The sink employees would use to wash their hands was blocked by a small dining/staging table, employees were going directly from sweeping with a broom, to handling food,, to handling garbage can, back to handling food again, then texting on their phone and back to handling food, with no gloves on the whole time and without washing their hands once. If you get sick from eating here there are obvious reasons why. It should get a failing grade for food safety.Parking: Located in a difficult parking lot if you are coming in to turn left, best to use the hotel area driving surfaces at the light just before the WingStop lot and Popeyes.Wheelchair accessibility: On the day I went the men's bathroom access for wheelchairs was blocked by towers of supplies in the hallway, making it a very narrow hallway.

They have super spicy wings with Nuclear sauce, the habanero sauce with mango is delicious and for those who don't like chili, the ones seasoned with lemon and pepper are delicious.

Absolutely awful. Over 40 minutes we waited for wings. The staff was vaping, on their phones, and ignoring all the customers that came in. And they were more concerned with DoorDash orders instead of those calling in or ordering in the lobby….Absolutely awful….. love wing stop and this was extremely disappointing.

Ordered on DoorDash and the dasher said that they were kicking people out. At 11:27?? Yall don’t close until 11:45….?? And that you guys were ALL out of drinks? Just ridiculous ?

It seems it was very backed up that day, which is understandable on a weekend. The app did not indicate that the wait time would be closer to 50 mins. Instead, it said 12 to 20 min. However, your staff should never express themselves negatively in front of customers. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and I knew the food would be trash because of it, and it was. Professionalism and being able to maintain consistency under pressure should be expected. I work in customer service, so I completely understand the stress, but this experience wasn't it.

I am extremely upset about my experience here. I ordered and paid and was waiting for my food when a loud worker decided to yell out my name and say that I didn't pay and that I still had to pay. I went up and explained that I already paid and i have a receipt. She went off on rant saying how the computer didn't get my money even though the receipt printed. I said that I already have a charge on my account and she said if its pending it will go away so I paid again out of annoyance and embarrassment.. Guess what the charge went through and I got charged twice. I believe the girl who embarrassed me and charged me twice is "Shaniyah". This is fraudulent. I went back to the store to let them know I was charged twice and they said that the General Manager will be reaching out.I really hope so otherwise I will be disputing with my bank and file fraudulent charges.

Presentation was horrible, chicken was bland, fries had no season and they charged me for a drink I didn't get. I don't see how this place still open or the manager needs to be replaced. This is not ok giving out dog food.
