We loved our server!!!! KAITLYN is / was amazing the attention to detail and even took a seat to explain to us the menu. Since we mention we like trying new things every time we come. Definitely recommend especially if you are a sport person nice atmosphere great food and great customer service. Ask for Kaitlyn
The food is consistently good and fresh. However, the customer service could be much better. With the prices of food and other items, customer service truly makes the difference between leaving a tip or not. Good food can be found in many places, but I choose to spend my money at this establishment
Although I rarely leave Winston-Salem, my friends and I went to Box Seat on Friday specifically to see Mysti Mayhem perform. We were very impressed with the service we received. The food was very good, the staff was very friendly and caring, and we had a really great time! We hope you continue to hire Mysti as she is amazingand a rare talent both musically and vocally! If so, we'll be back!
