Bravo! Italian Kitchen

Tangela did a super job as our server and the food was delicious, as always. The lasagna was amazing, and we also enjoyed the chocolate chip bread pudding for dessert. We will definitely be back!

Moved to NC from PA 6 months ago. Have been to the Greensboro location three times since moving here. Am very happy to report that the food quality is exactly as good as it was in PA. Friendly Center Bravo is clean, the staff is friendly and very cooperative. I requested a different pasta for the sauce and was given multiple choices. Our server, Ryan, was knowledgeable, friendly, checked back just enough and made our dinner a very enjoyable experience. He noticed we were not going to be able to finish our dinners and came with the check and to go boxes without being asked. This has never happened to us anywhere before. If you are looking for a consistently good meal with excellent service you should go to Bravo.

We go to Bravos every Sunday and it is always a wonderful experience for us. The Wedding Soup is the best ever! We have our favorites, but the food never disappoints whether it's a steak, pasta dish, soup, or salad. A shout out to Tangela our favorite server who is awesome. LaRose greets us warmly each week as the hostess. We feel like we're walking into a home rather than a restaurant. 😊 Such an exceptional and inviting place to eat! Bravo! Encore! 👏

They seem to always be “understaffed” when we come to dine. We had at 6:45 reservation and didn't get seated until after 7:15. We didn't get our checks until 9:15. We had two kids with us and they were very tired at that point. Not sure we'll be coming back if service continues like this. There was no manager in sight either. The last time we went and also had a bad experience we had to wait over 15 minutes for the manager to come to the table because he was helping out in the kitchen so another cook could take a “break”. Doesn't seem like it's getting any better.

We put in the reservation notes that it was a special occasion — both a birthday and graduation... and there was no recognition of either. We even mentioned “this is the celebrant.” I was disappointed.

I enjoyed Laura as our server. She was always checking up on us and making sure we were well with our orders and asking if the food was to our liking. She was attentive, but also gave us space to speak and talk as well without interrupting much. 5-Star performance from this great server! We will come back and sit in her section!

The Hostess and wait staff did a great job accommodating our family. We were celebrating aunt birthday, cousin birthday and Mother’s Day; everything was great.
