I ordered a dozen of these cookies in a variety pack for my husband for valentine day. We were both very impressed. The tin was beautiful. Each cookie was individually wrapped for freshness. And they tasted great. Now I want to try the rest of their options. SO GOOD!
How very disappointing to order Valentine cookies to be delivered on Valentines Day and they are delivered the day after. My order was placed early and you still could not make it happen. These were for my grandchildren! Maybe you should not use Fed Ex. I have found them to be unreliable.
The cookies are amazing the delivery was fast. The metal container that I received my cookies in was damaged, but the cardboard shipping box surrounding the cookie container was not damaged. I suspect the metal container was damaged prior to it being packaged for mailing...
I would recommend that the company look into assuring that any contents, including the metal shipping tin, is in quality condition before being packaged and mailed.
