they stela you, they charge me 7.99 for a regular lemonade which cost is only 3.99 when I said to cashier she said tbeir prices are wrong, also my boneless wings were burned and swimming on oil, I did not eat it, the fries were supose large and was the small amount serve in a big box , I am really upset because I spend my money in a bad place.

It’s been a long while since I had some Charley’s so I got me my bacon 3 cheesesteak and oooooowee! That hit the spot :) bacon cooked perfect, quality ingredients and nice staff! Worth a walk through the mall

This place is a hit or miss...
Attitudes with the staff can mess up the vibe or you wanting to order there.
They nevee answer the phone, so you can forget that.
I placed a order and wanted to change my grilled onions to raw onions and the staff made a big stink about it.

Other than that... try it at your own expense

I think all restaurants should put in and up the effort of pleasing their customers. Come to work neat and clean, not high, grouchy, mad, or shabby because you are what's making that business stand out all besides the food. Leave or set your problems to the side. I comment on things like this often. Take time and listen to the orders closely because people get mad at the customers about their orders being wrong/having to be remade or bring back or called about as if the customers are lying, that's in various locations but pay attention, are the cameras working to show and receipts to vouch proof you made or did this correctly?! Businesses stop saying customers make the business look bad, nope. Get you some thorough people who are gonna run these places right and stop believing a lie over the truth. Stop having mall security walk around following people all because the facts being spoken.. Now, if I end up knocked off the face of earth, it's because of my posts. I keep it real. You should, too. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and giving the honest truth about the food vs. environment as well. Order up the young lady that is or has been on duty as the manager since I've gone has greeted me with a smile. Charleys Ok

Workers not clean will cook your food with gloves on that they used for cleaning. Workers aren’t friendly at all!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great product that lacks value though. Service is great 9 out 10 times. Prices high but it mall so they have pay huge rent to be there is reason i get it! Portions are also smaller than they use to be for sure!

IDC how hungry I am, never again will I go to this place! You ask for extra tomatoes, they don't give it to you. You ask for a complimentary ice water, they refuse and offer you to buy a bottle of water instead. Places that deny people water should NEVER be profitable.

Been eating lunch at the mall for a few weeks now and at first I was going to other places but after I tried this place I have been coming to here exclusively it’s been my go to the staff do a great job and you can tell some of them really are trying it does not go unnoticed by me I recommend this Charley’s in the mall I really like it.

I order the Buffalo chicken cheese stake, my sandwich was very good but the fries were not, soggy and no seasoning, but I highly recommend recommend the sandwich

The girl at the front of Charley’s with the black and blonde braids said I had to buy a large but refilled two other customers drinks that was not a large size. She is not friendly and they should have not working dealing with customers. My sub had a whole bottle of buffalo sauce on it. No one in the kitchen had a hairnet on. I will not be returning I highly recommend y’all to stop eating that fake meat. They need to be out of business I would go to chick fila instead!

The staff was very slow on a very busy day. Then when we asked for our order to be completed correctly, the cook proceeded to tell me that you have to pay extra if you want lettuce and mayo on that sandwich. Seriously, that’s a training lesson for the register associate. Poor representation of the company and themselves personally. We won’t be back.
