The girl at the front of Charley’s with the black and blonde braids said I had to buy a large but refilled two other customers drinks that was not a large size. She is not friendly and they should have not working dealing with customers. My sub had a whole bottle of buffalo sauce on it. No one in the kitchen had a hairnet on. I will not be returning I highly recommend y’all to stop eating that fake meat. They need to be out of business I would go to chick fila instead!

The staff was very slow on a very busy day. Then when we asked for our order to be completed correctly, the cook proceeded to tell me that you have to pay extra if you want lettuce and mayo on that sandwich. Seriously, that’s a training lesson for the register associate. Poor representation of the company and themselves personally. We won’t be back.

I am so pissed and disappointed. This sub was absolutely nasty also they put a tiny bit of meat in my sub. I got the old school cheesesteak sub. On top of it all they gave me 10 French fries! I wasn't able to addresses it due to my daughter went to the mall and got it for me. No wonder I've never ate at this messy nasty restaurant. Soda machine isn't cleaned or changed because the soda taste funny. Yea I'm mad.

The food was over cooked and the fries were muchsmaller than any other Charlie's I have been to and it's the same price. I asked for extra cheese and was given 1 extra slice when ever other place give 2. This specific Charlie's is awful. Please visit another one to really enjoy their food

I ordered a chicken strips kids meal and the original combo. What they gave me was one box's with the kids meal and the my original combo fries. There was barely any fries in it they looked horrible nothing like what was advertised on the pictures. I asked the lady where my fries were and she said that it was all on the box. CRAZY i paid $13 for barely any food truly disappointed

I said it once and I will say it again. The food is good, the service is effective and efficient while the people are human. Everyone aims to be kind despite the variety of customers and as for ferrice, she is simply the best. Her attitude is strong like her work ethic. She is sweet, consistent and always professional with a good proportion of polite. She communicates and work hard. I look forward to seeing her on the shifts especially since she is mainly always there. ... Charleys is lucky to have her.good work everyone.Kid-friendliness: She was patient and sweet to my kid.
