I mean, it is a Chick-fil-A at a mall food court, so my expectations were automatically lower. However, it is still a fast food restaurant, and I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my salad. Also, the staff was not the friendly Chick-Fil-A employees I'm used to. So, unless you are starving, I would recommend you skip this place and get something elsewhere, perhaps the Chick-Fil-A location just outside the mall.
The food was amazing as always. Their chicken Sandwiches are so juicy. I can never say no to one of their cookies and cream milkshakes! Their staff is always super nice, accommodating, and has insanely good manners.
