The chicken just isn't quite as good as I remember. Maybe everywhere chicken quality is down a bit due to the bird flu and the mass slaughter of millions of animals. Still one of the better children dining experiences around. Sides and drinks were excellent as always.

I appreciate the idea of having cashier getting orders thru the drive thru but here is the problem...not seeing a menu with prices...if that could be possible than it would be great. I don't go here alot and I know the menu changes.

I ordered a nuggets with fries for my son and I got a chicken sandwich and was told they had no more fries…… than when they got my sandwich it was burnt!!! I went back to ask for an exchange or refund and seen they had fry’s…. So not only was I upset about the burnt sandwich but denied fries; they said they were out of fries!!! And after she said it would take 15mins for a new sandwich I asked if I could exchange for nuggets instead and she just slide them on the counter to me. I held my composure even tho I was fully upset!!

There are a lot of awful staff. They give you the wrong product and the sides of the cups get sticky. They also discriminate against Asians. It's best not to go there at all.

Not only were they slow but I prepaid for an OJ that I couldn’t even get bc they sold out of OJ right before assisting me. I even told the girl at the register that I had already paid but for some reason they still weren’t able to assist me. They had no staff outside to assist me with my prepaid order I made 40 mins in advance and bc of that I ended up being late for work! Note to self: NEVER go to this location unless I have 30 minutes of time to spare in one line!

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and quality of food. The staff were exceptionally polite and efficient. I ordered the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries, and both were delicious. The sandwich was juicy while the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Despite the busy atmosphere, my order was served quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. What stands out most is the consistent friendliness of the staff, which goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. Chick-fil-A’s commitment to quality and customer service is clear.
