Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back
to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!!...read full review
After waiting a considerable time then being pulled up "because we only have one 12 count nuggets", yet seeing cars behind me being given 12 count nuggets, I finally got my order, but the grilled chicken was icey cold. It wasnt frozen but too cold to eat.
Don’t have anything nice to say so I will not say anything !
