“Busy, small location near UNCG campus. Great food and good service. Staffed well and they keep the people moving. I’ve never had to wait more than 1 minute. Well run restaurant. Parking can be a little tricky at time, but it always works out with a little patience.“
“I would like to say this review is for JADE. She is an amazing outstanding employee and more should be like her. She made sure i was happy about everything since we were dining in. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the food and the new brisket since i had not been to chipotle in a long time. This 5 star review is not for hayley which if could leave 2 reviews hayley would have a negative one for herself. She was very rude to me and to jade about a accident where jade may have gave me alittle to much meat on my bowl. She didnt mean to. But she called jade out for it in front me which is wrong i think. Then she says "im going to charge you extra for it". Well i didnt ask for extra so no im not paying for it i said it was a accident. So take it off the bowl then. She still acted like she was gling to charge me for it making. JADE HANDLED the situation amazing and stayed calm and gave a resolution of applying her employee discount for the day so i didnt have to pay for the extra and then the hayley girl was happy with that i guess because she didnt say anything else but what was craazy ended up not evening being the manager and caused this little bit of chaos over extra spoonful of meat“
“Maybe I’m just lucky, but I have never had a bad experience at this location like some of the other reviews. The people at the window are always very friendly and my order has never been wrong. The portion sizes are fine. Will continue coming here, I love the convenience of the Chipotlane.“
