Why do I feel so unwelcome in this particular Chipotle I have no idea. Went to order lunch for take out, the lady at the counter was so standoffish and they took my card and went to the back to process payment. I asked why? The man standing at the counter said their Point of Purchase is down at the front. I asked for receipt, she said it doesn’t print receipt and left me hanging there, like what if I insisted on getting a receipt. Later I checked how much they charged my card, it was more than what I ordered, I didn’t order queso or avocado, just regular meat. I paid nearly 10 last time and this time I paid 1.50 extra. What’s up with that??? Won’t be going to friggin place again!!!!

The food was ridiculous so were the portions! The bowl was barely filled, I ordered an extra tortilla on the side, I barely added half of the bowl and almost ALL the food was gone. Plus the beans were all mushed up and the chicken was most definitely less than 10 pieces! Fix your portioning and the service, the people in the front were also rude? If you don’t like your job why work there, fix ya life

I would like to say this review is for JADE. She is an amazing outstanding employee and more should be like her. She made sure i was happy about everything since we were dining in. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the food and the new brisket since i had not been to chipotle in a long time. This 5 star review is not for hayley which if could leave 2 reviews hayley would have a negative one for herself. She was very rude to me and to jade about a accident where jade may have gave me alittle to much meat on my bowl. She didnt mean to. But she called jade out for it in front me which is wrong i think. Then she says "im going to charge you extra for it". Well i didnt ask for extra so no im not paying for it i said it was a accident. So take it off the bowl then. She still acted like she was gling to charge me for it making. JADE HANDLED the situation amazing and stayed calm and gave a resolution of applying her employee discount for the day so i didnt have to pay for the extra and then the hayley girl was happy with that i guess because she didnt say anything else but what was craazy ended up not evening being the manager and caused this little bit of chaos over extra spoonful of meat

I arrived just as the lunch rush ended, so it was busy and slightly backed up. They were short staffed because of the hour, and working incredibly quickly to get the line served. Not only did the manager help to grill and cut meat, he refilled a few deeps with the employee serving the line as patrons ordered, and then he cashed them out in an incredibly timely manner. I was very impressed with the communication and overall flow of the folks on staff, and my food was delicious.
