The location and atmosphere here are good, but the service needs improvement. The staff member working seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job, and she was handling one food item and then touching another without proper care. It didn’t feel as organized or consistent as other Chipotle locations. With better attention to food handling and service, this place could be much better.

Lady who serves behind the counter has a really horrible attitude. Every time you walk in she always seems irritated, she is the first person you encounter upon ordering. Never going to this location again because of that. Us as customers should not feel like an inconvenience.

The dining room had several tables for dirty and we had to clean a table. seemed to be understaffed. Ordered the carne asada Bowl which was okay. Also got chips and queso and there was a Brown glob in the queso.

Chipotle is known for skimping but these guys skimp on chicken more than any other chipotle, go to moes instead

Went to this one 2x in 1 week no ice in the machine paid almost $7 for two drinks only to find out no ice. When manager saw how upset I was didn't offer refund or apology waist of my money. No customer service no one seemed happy to be at work no greeting or anything. The manager sets the tone for working environment and neither time did he give good vibes. Food was fresh and amazing and that's the only reason I didn't just leave out the store. It was only about 2 tables cleaned thru out the whole establishment

The service was terrible. The lady made us wait until she served everyone else before charging us so we could finally eat. We bought fountain drinks and then realized there was no ice, and the girl shamelessly said there was nothing she could do. We ended up having to buy bottled drinks instead. I love Chipotle, but I’ll try to erase this particular one from my life.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Chipotle location (5402 Sapp Road, Greensboro, NC 27409). The employee assisting me, named Jalaree, was noticeably rude and unprofessional throughout the ordering process. She rolled her eyes, displayed dismissive body language, and handled my food carelessly by throwing it into the bowl. When I requested additional ingredients, she responded in an aggressive tone, repeatedly asking, “What else?” in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile.

This level of customer service is unacceptable and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. The interaction left me so uncomfortable that I decided not to eat the food and ultimately threw it away. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated with respect moving forward. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

This location is the same as Battleground, absolutely filthy. Need to shutdown both locations and revoke the franchise license. Patio furniture is covered in bird droppings and leftover food. Inside stinks and all the tables and windows are covered in fingerprints and smeared marks.

I placed an order online for a bowl since I had an important meeting to attend during my lunch hour as well......WELL they're system doesn't accept mobile orders prior to opening which is weird & never been the case when ordering. B/c of their system screwing up my time & the manager on duty reacting nonchalantly to it, they don't EVER have to worry about me or my dollars returning to this location! EVER‼️‼️‼️The nightmare in GBO continues😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Thank you to the young lady who fixed my bowl & stayed PROFESSION throughout the transaction 💛 but that's not enough for me to ever return. Get a more empathic manager & we'll see. Otherwise thanks for ruining my lunch & rest of the day😔
