I've always loved Chipotle but I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they're always out of something. They're open until 11pm but they start running out of stuff around 6pm and once they run out, they don't make any more and they don't put any more out on the line. I got there around 7pm (Remember they're open until 11pm) and the lady at the front said to me as I walked in, "Just to let you know, we're out of white rice, black beans, chicken, chicken al pastor, steak, fajitas, sour cream, lettuce, queso, guacamole, and chips." I just don't understand how it keeps happening, I've been there 3 times where it's been like this. Me and several other customers have turned right around and left when they tell us they're out of everything. It's just disappointing.

The guy who prepared my food was lightning fast, had my order of two burritos done in like 2 minutes, was in and out without a problem when chipotle is notorious for fast lines. Big black guy with a salt and pepper beard I wish I had gotten his name.

Walked in, immediately told they were out of rice, chicken, beef, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, queso and chips. Not sure what they sell, but I don’t suggest going in to find out.

Issue with mobile app order and notified the “manager” as well as showed her how they billed me 2 times for an order she had no record of?! Her response was writing me a 1-800 number to call and go through the line that was at the door ! How about No Thanks , I asked her WHY would I go through the line to resolve a mobile app order when I’m speaking to the “manager”….. That little girl needed a LOT of leadership training. Horrible experience just horrible!!!!

This location USE to be awesome, but has continually gone down hill! They are ALWAYS out of something (meat, rice, veggies etc) regardless of the time of day it is. The employees attitudes are horrendous and they don't listen, and the managers are complacent even when you complain. Just when I decide to give them another try they still seem to miss the mark. If there's another store near you go there!

I was refused service by a manager today 3-27-2024, I believe his name is Taio. I arrived at chipotle at approximately 430pm. I waited in line behind approx 6 to 9 ppl. I ordered my food. At one point the fajitas was picked up for restock and in the process water from the heating source underneath had dripped into my bowl. I asked for another bowl to be made. At this point only the rice, beans and chicken was made. So he redid my bowl. While waiting for the customers ahead of me, I watched as they had asked for their extra condiments such as queso and mild salsa, etc. these were two men. I´m a female. As I was asking for two sides of cheese as I always do, I was immediately told I could only get one. I told him that I want two sides of¨shredded cheese in which he replied very sternly ¨no¨. Confused and initially thinking he was joking he continued to say he would not give me two things of shredded cheese. He never said ït´s extra¨ or ït´s extra is that okay¨ he just responded no and very angrily. I informed him that I come to chipotle often and I get the same thing every time and that I´m aware I can have two sides. He told me he would charge me for the second thing of cheese. I told him I was aware I could have two sides for free and that I always order this exact meal. I proceeded to ask for a manager in which he said ¨no¨. I was very embarrassed and unsure why I was being refused service and spoken to in a very deeming manner. I´m not sure if he was frustrated because he was the only one on the line or if it´s because I´m a female and he felt as if he could talk to me in that manner. The other individuals before me were both males and were not treated like this when they asked for sides. I would appreciate hearing back from the company about this. I am a loyal customer and have never experienced this treatment at any other chipotle, or this location ever for that matter. He advised me to go to a different chipotle and ask for my order to be made. My children were hungry and we anticipated chipotle so I did leave and drive down the street to the chipotle in high point. At this point I had waited in line like everyone else, ordered my food and was treated very poorly just to have to drive and I was allowed to order and receive my food at the other location. I have seen other workers diligently prepare food under the same circumstances and have never received this kind of response. I am embarrassed, uncomfortable about returning and having any engagements with this so called manager. I will be checking back for a response. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. I was rushed through every detail of my order by a clearly agitated employee who took it out on customers by giving what was clearly not the proper portion of food and when I asked for the correct amount, I was told I would be charged double for my food, had to pay 13 dollars for a regular chicken burrito with no queso or guac

Awful attitudes of employees. When asking what we wanted, they acted like it was an inconvenience to fix our food. My friend asked for more sour cream and he slapped it on like he was pissed!! When we said “thank you” there was no replying, no smiles or anything. Everyone there was rude! I told them all “Smile” you guys look miserable!!! Walked in and stood in line to order food but the two gentleman behind the counter completely ignored me. Another lady came up to help after a couple of minutes. The food was subpar, the steak and chicken were chewy and the overall customer service was poor.
