Church's Texas Chicken

Placed my order at 7:08. Waited for a few cars to get out of the line only to have the car in front of me at the window not “parked” and waiting at the window for a long time. The window person gives her a large bag with 2 boxes. By the time I get to the window it’s 7:20. Majority of that time was waiting on the car in front of me to get their food. I hear the person at the fryer saying it’s 1 minute on the chicken, but I get parked. I wait 10 minutes and then go inside, only for them to STILL need to fry the okra for my order! By the time I got my order it was 7:35. Almost 30 minutes for a 3 piece white and some okra! It made NO sense and needless to say I won’t be back. I don’t know who the manager is of this establishment, but the employee with the red hair seemed to be only one that was willing to help, and remembered what I ordered. No one else cared.

Run down location with average service and food. Nothing exceptional but I wouldn't recommend eating in.

Parking: Lots of potholes and trash and things in parking lot. Very unkempt looking property.

Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure if bring the children although they have a kids menu and allow children

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it was ADA compliant but I didn't use the restroom facilities so I can't say how good their compliance is in that area

It seems like EVERY TIME I come to this establishment they NEVER have any spicy chicken! And on top of that, they have discontinued the Corn on the cob! I’m so upset due to the fact they’re still advertising it on the menu!

Not the same Church’s chicken prep & flavor. Many times tastes like old grease. No dine in option. Doesn’t recognize App Offers. I think I’m done after 50 years as customer.

Horrible customer service the older people who worked at this establishment or used to work at this establishment where a lot better they had outstanding customer service, a warm welcoming atmosphere, fresh food, with everything stocked on the menu to order including sides they used to have me talking about church’s like it was the best chicken spot in Greensboro and sending everyone there but the younger generation that is in there right now I cannot say the same for I would never tell anyone to come that way anymore so that they could receive the same inhumane treatment , the way that this establishment is being ran is the most shameful way possible lacking taste, integrity and the true meaning of customer satisfaction and care.

The worse customer service ever. As a doordasher who was only picking up food at 10:20am, the lady with the red locs and glasses stated that they open at 10:30am which it clearly says 10am on the door. I come back at 10:30am and she still says they’re not open. I would not recommend eating at this place due to the terrible customer service. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Came all the way from ct miss churches chk but so many bad reviews I'm good I have to go to bojangles

I was at this location around 3 weeks ago and the manager was very rude ,argued with me over a mistake on church’s app,I have called customer service several times and have receive same response it’s being elevated,at this point I don’t believe anything they say,It really makes your business in a black neighborhood look bad and no response to me means you don’t care about customers service,you all need to do better.The food was old and cold.

Got a 16piece meal it had no seasoning they gave me ALL legs and thighs and it was awful will never spend $50 with them again...yuck greasy too awful

Placed an online mobile order went to pick up at 11:00 am was told they will be open an hour later asked for a refund was told I could execute refund in mobile app. No you can not! They give you an option to file a report about your order but there is no follow up. They don’t do refunds. Don’t waste your time here.
