Almost 2 weeks after I placed my order I still had not received a shipping notice. I reached out to the company to see if maybe it had shipped but not updated. Within 24 hrs they responded to my email and said my order would be hand delivered the next day. Just purchased a 16 oz lemon raspberry tea from Charlotte NCEL farmers market not expecting much but got an unexpected surprise! Best tea I have ever tasted no lie! Price of $5 is super expensive but worth it....

I have to give this company a 5 star, because of their Awesome Customer Service, before I received my order, one of my items was damaged, evidently Kimbees was made aware and immediately hand delivered a replacement, which I received before the original order was delivered.
