March 8, 2024, my mom, sister, and myself visited Churches chicken. When we first pulled up to the drive through we wanted the 10 pieces special for 12.99. But we was told they only had white pieces. We ended up paying for 10 white pieces of chicken, large okra for $35. The wings was very small and old they had been cooked to long that they were dried out., and breast was also dried out too. The okra wasn't done. The customer service was piss poor. If you have a special and you don't the chicken for that special. You should be able to substitute. And the store need better maintenance. Looking for improvement, before we loose the last Church's chicken we have in Greensboro, Nc. I can go back over 40 years going to the same Church's chicken with no upgrade. It's really time for a makeover.

It's drive thru only with a long wait time. I received chicken I didn't ask for. Recommend never go to this branch. I should've known when I got to the window I saw the chicken person sit the chicken on the hand washing sink.

This place was the best chicken spot for me growing up. But a few weeks back I wanted fast food and chose churches chicken and it definitely wasn’t a good choice. My Fried okra, which is my favorite was very very greasy. my fried apple pie barely had apple pie filling. and they didn’t even put my mashed potatoes in the bag and I didn’t notice until I got home. I also didn’t get my jalapeño pepper that comes with the box of chicken. With the chicken box meal I ordered it was supposed to come with six honey butter biscuits I only received four. Overall the food was nasty nothing like it was in the early 2000s and it looks unsanitary from the inside and outside of the building.
Do not shut the store down. Just need remodel and or better location because that spot is tight. I suggest a remodel and maybe relocate somewhere else in Greensboro NC. We enjoy it we just want the atmosphere to be more acceptable.
It's the best chicken. I can hardly find chicken places that don't put a ton of pepper on their chicken. Church's chicken doesn't have pepper on it, making it the perfect chicken for me. This one always has fast friendly service. Thank you!

Well I would love to tell you it was a wonderful experience but I didn't even get to eat and showed up she told me it's going to be 45 minutes before there's any chicken ready. Also the parking lot is horrible and the building probably needs demolish and rebuilt.
