Came at 650 and watched them serve a customer in front of me and then told me they were closed. Need to fix Google time I drove to four seasons just for this
Will not be coming back and don’t recommend going the service was awful the workers and manager treated us horribly and very disrespectfully. Wanted a snack for my friend but we were treated very disrespectfully, the workers even went as far as to stereotype us. Horrible service and they even gave us our wrong order, when we tried to fix the issue civilly the workers went off and even accused us of not paying.

There was terrible service with the workers when I went. When I tried to explain the situation they ignored my group of friends and were hardheaded and not listening so we could fix this misunderstanding. When we finally had someone to listen they kept denying what happened and basically said that we didn't pay for what we ordered and wouldn't even give us a receipt for everything when we asked.

Terrible customer service. The workers there have no respect for customers. They accused my friend of stealing a drink she literally paid for and then did not want to give her her items. They could have easily resolved this by checking the register or cameras but they did not instead they were accusing my friend of stealing for 20 minutes.

I confess that I was super anxious to know this place because of some friends around the world that told me that this store has the best cinnamon roll ever. It is not close to my house but we drove for half hour just to try and I have to say that it was worthwhile! Not only the cinnamon roll but also has other sweets that are super tasteful. I am glad that I order to eat at my home because if I had tried on the place I probably should eat a lot more. the reason that I don’t give 5 star is only because of the staff that doesn’t show much effort and it was ok.
