This is by far the worst coldstone in Greensboro. My girlfriend and I went last week and the girl with the long hair and glasses was rude and had attitude because we asked for a sample. Then today they close 45 minutes before their scheduled time. This location needs to rehire the entire staff and hire older employees who actually care about the job.

Victoria is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!After frequenting this store for years, a recent decline in service caused me to STAY AWAY for months.I decided to visit the store today, and I was DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED with the service.Per usual, the selection of frozen deserts and toppings was fresh and offered a nice variety for all.However, Victoria’s service, from beginning to end blew me away.She greeted each customer with a smile and warm welcome, she answered my questions about different flavors and ingredients, and she completed the transaction with a smile.I was sooooo blown away by the amazing service that I almost left my ice cream because I was thinking about the review that I was going to write.

The people who prep your food wear no gloves and have dirt under their nails when I went there last night. The ice cream is also half way melted when they serve it and the "cold stone" where they mix your flavors does not work at all so it melts as they mix it. The closing staff on 3/13/24 was terrible.

! GO HERE NOW !! DUDE— I went here last wednesday February 14th in the afternoon around 5-8 PM and when I say I was blown away I was BLOWN away by how kind the staff were. They were so nice, there was this one girl with flawless hair who talked to us and did our orders perfectly and filled up our ice cream to the tipping top????! And then on top of that she was super kind to boot along with the other coworker who was working the cash register who was also super nice!! She made me, my moms, and my baby sisters ice creams PERFECTLY in such short time and even wrapped up my Mine-size ice cream perfectly tidy and put it in a cup for me because they ran out of Mine-size lids.Just absolutely insane I’ve never experienced such good customer service like I’m literally blown away if you could tell——-Anyways try the cheesecake ice cream w caramel and chocolate chips it’s super delicious if anyone’s reading this review GO HERE NOW.

So I have just recently started going to Coldstone and this location was the very first one I tried. With my previous experiences with Coldstone I was extremely excited to take someone there for their first time tonight. When we walked on it was 1 person waiting on their ice cream. So I took that time to explain to the person I brought in what they could pick and the portion and what not. So we finally got served 15 mins later. So they say they want vanilla ice cream with pecans and almonds. Well Mostafa gets the vanilla ice cream tells us he only has walnuts and heath bar but we are looking at pecans, almonds and walnuts. I say that is false advertisement and the person goes it’s ok I will just take this with walnuts. And the other guy goes it’s first come first serve so when we are out we are out. So I ask Mostafa “do you have everything needed to make an Apple Pie A La Coldstone?” He looks up at the board to see the ingredients and says yes. I proceed to say may I have the Apple Pie A La Coldstone as a milkshake and Mostafa starts to fix it and as he goes to put the apples in he looks at me and he doesn’t have enough apples. I said I just asked you and you said yes you had enough ingredients to make it. He was like well it’s like 2 apples I said no that’s not enough that is not what I asked for nor going to pay for. I will pay for this other one even though that should be discounted because you lied about that too. I also told them they need to ask people what their order is before they start making it. Then I asked to give my number for rewards with my rewards in my hand on my phone and he says you have to put that in before you pay. Very rude and unprofessional the atmosphere was not the same as it was when I first went tried Coldstone last year. Remind you this was at 7:30 they close at 10:30 so not sure why they were out of everything with this much time left to close. They were more concerned about making Togo orders than people in front of them.

I’ve ordered cakes from here for years and never been disappointed, until today. I ordered my son’s 18th bday cake with expectations that it would be amazing and that is by far what I received. Even spoke with the manager and he offered to give me $10 towards a $60 cake. I didn’t have time to wait for it to be redone since party starts in 30 minutes. I will not order another cake from here at all. If manager had customer service skills maybe this situation wouldn’t have made me so upset. Manager definitely needs to work on those skills!!! Really wish I could post a picture of it on here. Smh

Tried to call, and female answered and just said hello. I didn't have time to answer before she hung up. I attempted to call back, and she just picked up the phone and hung up. This location needs to find more professional employees who actually care about their job.
Toilet completely backed up. This is an ongoing issue. They shut down the bathroom so you cannot even wash your hands. The workers there said the manager ignored the problem and they have to "hold it" and leave the to go elsewhere to use the bathroom. GROSS! I actually thought about reporting the experience to the health department but decided to post it here.

WARNING! Disgusting place! Women with blonde hair and long nails kept scratching the bun on her head and nose and prepared the ice cream without wearing gloves or a hairnet. I found two pieces of hair and a chipped piece of nail polish in the ice cream! I didn’t notice until I left, but obviously threw it away. A waste of time and money. She was also really rude to us and only came out after the boss yelled that there were customers. This was about a week or two ago and I got sick for a few days after taking only a bite of the ice cream before seeing what was in it and throwing it out. This has never happened to me before.

Monday, 10/2/23 9:47 pm arrived at the store to see the lights turned off, young woman leaving from the front door to get in her car, and another worker lock the front door from the inside. Posted closing time today is 10pm! I wanted to buy two Sundaes to take back to the hotel room for my son and myself. I'm not happy with the displayed work ethic Cold Stone.
