So I have just recently started going to Coldstone and this location was the very first one I tried. With my previous experiences with Coldstone I was extremely excited to take someone there for their first time tonight. When we walked on it was 1 person waiting on their ice cream. The people who prep your food wear no gloves and have dirt under their nails when I went there last night. The ice cream is also half way melted when they serve it and the "cold stone" where they mix your flavors does not work at all so it melts as they mix it. The closing staff on 3/13/24 was terrible.
