Ordered a burger Tray, pull up to the window and pay $8 and some change and the girl at the window hands me a drink, and just two sides. I then tell her that I ordered a whole tray and she shouts back at me “I DID NOT HEAR YOU SAY A TRAY”. They then proceed to make me pay $4 more for THERE MISTAKE. To top it all off, i get home and they gave me the smallest, most burnt patty they had!

To be honest they don’t even deserve a 1 the customer service was trash the guy first started off repeating my order wrong speak on the intercom like he had something in his mouth get to the window he handing me my food like he forgot what i ordered then I asked for ketchup he said to me I’m out of ketchup so I said to him yall out of ketchup he say no I am so I say you can’t walk over there and get ketchup so he did after dropping most of it on the floor he gave me a few packs for trays they have got to do better when hiring people to serve food we want what we pay for we need to start petitioning on these restaurants expensive food and trash food and customer service

Ghetto cookout over by A&t state do not go at night time a bunch of college kids cooking and don't give a damn about the food daytime is older people cooking but then there is the attitude. It's Christmas time and they have eggnog milkshake but advertising for about 2 or 3 weeks I have specifically been coming to the cookout to attempt to get an eggnog milkshake for 3 weeks and I keep getting the same excuse we are out of eggnog yet I go to the store and their shelves is full of eggnog in almost every grocery store why are you advertising eggmilkshake and you don't have eggnog milkshake please if you can try to go to another cookout it's not worth the headache or wasting your money for your order to be wrong n for them to be out of something all the time

Ive come here the last few years only a few times, and and it just gets worse and worse. Most recent order: ordered 4 trays. Got 3 of them “right” so good job, but i had gotten the cajun chicken sandwich and once again there was only half a chicken breast on it. The smallest sliver of chicken they can find, also hard as a brick. And then the sides. If we get fries they put only half the amount we should get, i mean, compared to the good cookouts. And our drinks? Didnt put ice in any of them, they were flat, and the milk shake was barely blended. I mean i could go on but i guess their servsafe score says it all. So ill pay more attention to that when i go places, it really shows. Could use some improvement 🤘 Update: it was also very messy. Trash everywhere outside.

they didn’t give us our whole order and when we went back to get it, they said they didn’t make a mistake and gave us everything. and made us pay for what we were missing. not sure who hurt them, but it’s crazy to accuse people of lying over a $10 meal, when they know that they didn’t give it to us.
