I had to give them 1 star so that I could leave this review. Don't ask me why I keep going there. But every time and I mean every they mess up my order in which is always simple. Look at the fries they gave y 8 year old son. We couldn't eat this. The prices is up and service is down at these restaurants now days.

This location has been hit or miss in the past few years I've been here. Tonight did it for me though! I asked the guy in the drive thru to read my order back to me & he said NO... but I'll give u the receipt & u can read it! (Where is this ok)?! Then once I got home, my burger was not completely done! I'm just done here!!!!

Quite possibly the saddest burger I've ever seen. Furtherest from a "double cheeseburger" too, to say I'm highly disappointed would be a massive understatement. Cookout has gone so downhill and the only reason I go is because my son wanted a corndog, nah, I'm over the poor quality for the price.

This is always a top notch place. Service is good. They get your order right, and the staff is jumping. From ordering to getting your food is fast. I can't compliment them enough for there efforts.
This place never get your order right and even worse the lady at the drive thru window was extra rude and I felt rushed… if you going to rush somebody at lease get the order right… I REPEATED MY ORDER ABOUT 4 times food still
