This is one of the better Cookouts in the Greensboro area. Always good food served correctly and good service with nice folks. I would recommend this location to anyone. And, there is a Krispy Kreme doughnut rught beside of it 😁😁 just saying.....

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My sister and I came here for lunch and the experience was very disappointing. There was hair in our onion rings, we were only given 3 nuggets, and when we mentioned it to an employee they showed no sympathy or concern at all. On top of that, the soda tasted old.

This is completely unacceptable. People are spending their hard-earned money and expect their food to be prepared properly and served with basic customer service. This definitely needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.

The burger speaks for its self. Thankfully I threw it away before it became more disappointing!

For good, non-fake/plastic-tasting drive thru food, why would you go anywhere else??

I went to this Cookout about an hour and a half before closing (what I believe is a reasonable time for fast food) and the woman taking my order was incredibly hurried and rude. She had an annoyed tone in her voice and gave me maybe two seconds to respond before repeating herself louder as if that would make me talk faster. She took her sweet time with the customer in the driver through before me, but giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe they were difficult customers. When I got to the window it was the same way, hurriedly handing our food out like they were in their busiest rush hour--with only three other customers at the restaurant--when we checked our food we discovered that one of the sides in one of our trays was completely missing. Normally I would never do this, but for $19 we want the food we paid for, we drive back to the Cookout. I went to the walk-up window this time and thankfully the woman who helped me there had great customer service and was very polite. I've never had any issues at any Cookout that I've been too before this one.

I think the prices are very reasonable and the food is very good. I love the milkshakes and the cheddar bites! My hubby loves the BBQ sandwich and burgers.

Person just standing at the window on their phone, won't respond to the speaker at all. Drive up and she wants to act like its nothing. 2pm 1/15

The milkshakes and corndogs are amazing and the hushpuppies are worth every penny and more, but the small fries aren't worth it for how few you get; just get the large or forget about it.

Ordered three items; they forgot one item and put ketchup on the hotdog ordered with mustard only. The cheeseburger was prepared correctly.
