Went to get fast food at 1:30ish. They charged us for the whole meal and didn't give us a whole tray. Noticed when we got home, went back because we were charged for food we didn't have. They were closed at 2 even though Google says 3. Single-handedly ruined our night.

It’s 3:13am and they close at 4. We pulled up to the drive through, sat ag the intercom for 5 minutes, nobody said anything. When we pulled around to the window it was a heavy set boy laughing and playing. Never even acknowledged us. Never again.

I love cookouts food selection! Good food & affordable. The reason for this review is bc everytime I come thru the drive thru, There’s no customer service. Today I asked for ketchup & the guy working the window just looked at me. I handed him my card & say “thank you. He just stared at me. No manners whatsoever. I kindly asked for ketchup. I open my bag, no ketchup & my fries are missing!! They need to step up their customer service game & be like chic fila. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!
Almost a hit every single time, I recommend getting a burger out west style and changing up the side to something like the cheese bites or a corn dog. Good staff, not many issues, always come back.
