Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of Alana. I came here the other day and one of the gentleman working was rude with a smart mouth. I ordered via the app and went inside to pick up the cookies. Was told they were out and I simply asked why did it let me order on the app. Instead of being nice, he just kept saying smart stuff so I asked for a refund bc he told me it would be a hour until they made more. First time trying Crumbl cookies on 5/21/25. Ordering was pretty simple , was greeted by the cookie crew, and before she completed my order , asked if everything was fine before boxing it up and handing it off to me.
