This story gets absolutely no stars. It needs to shut down permanently. The workers and the management is terrible, very petty. I've seen them drop food on the flood then serve it to customers. Very unsanitary. Service is very poor. Smh a hot mess

The employees behind the counter seemed to have no idea what the term "customer service" means. When we approached the counter, the cashier was taking our order when a woman walked up, interrupted what we were doing, sent the cashier to do something else, and finished taking our order. There were two of us, but the cashier seemed to only be interested in taking my wife's order. I had to tell her that I ALSO wanted to order. We ordered Blizzards, but they were less than DQ standard. They were smaller than they should have been and seemed to be made of product that was less than properly chilled. They were not as cold as they should have been and had too much liquid in them, as if the ice cream was not properly prepared. Poor service, poor product.

Customer service was just plain awful. I went up to the register to order and as I was telling the cashier what I wanted he started talking to another employee and asked me to repeat my order once he was done. The lady was rude and didn't smile or look me in the eyes. They also made my smoothie wrong and when I went to tell the cashier about it he looked absolutely clueless. The lady asked me what was wrong so I told her and she just said "I heard you wrong." And proceeded to make another without apologizing. And who I believe is the manager told me "give me the smoothie" and took the incorrect smoothie out of my hands. They already made it so I would've just given it to one of my friends but she gave me no choice. They looked like they wanted to get rid of us like I was bothering them. Get new employees. I've never experienced worse service than this.
