The employees are fairly rude and bad at communication. And this is coming from someone who works in this industry, I 110% do not believe the customer is always right—but when you place a cake order days in advance and you call to see when it’s ready and they reply “we didn’t make it” wouldn’t you assume the employee would be apologetic?
