The food was good. Great portion for the price. One order could make up to two meals. A few problems - 1. They issued a coupon for 20% off your first order in the app. However, the coupon did not have a code needed at checkout. When calling the store phone to ask for the code, the only option is to leave a voice message. So I went into the store and paid full price. I ordered noodles with two different sauces. I received rice and only one type of sauce. Again, it was delicious, but not what I ordered.

I would NEVER recommend the delivery service for this place. I received my food and it was handed to me as if I was receiving a bag of chips. Food was sideways in the bag, juice was all the place. A real mess, had to wipe everything down before eating.Food appearance was plain and not appealing.First time and last time ordering from this place.

Impressed with the price, portion, and taste. Food was hot and quick. Restaurant was not too bright, but very clean. I always like to chitchat and meet the staff, but they were very focused on cooking instead ?. No fountain drinks or cup water is offered/available, but this is not a deal breaker. Unfortunately, I could not get allergen information (may try again when they are not so busy), but they do have vegetarian options. Nice for a lunch. Multiple TVs if you are into that. I hope they make it. For a college mealspot, they checked almost all the boxes.

I ordered food at 606 and it is now 820. I have no food. Spent an hour on the phone trying to find out where my food was and get a refund from either doordash who actually delivers for them or chow now who is the online ordering company. Was told the would send my food out free of charge and send me an email confirming my refund. I have no food and no email about a refund. Buyer beware doing online order from this store. I called the store several times and it always goes straight to voicemail. No customer service at all!!!!

great food!! the spicy chicken was perfect! not too hot just a tiny bit of heat like red pepper seasoning. they gave me plenty of chicken and veggies. will be back again and again! also, price is good.

For this place to be across the street from a multicultural university they sure do you project prejudice a lot, if you’re going to be picky about what color customers you allow in then your food should live up to it because it’s just as bad as the attitude of the staff. You’d have a better chance at making fried rice in your own kitchen then going here, they should’ve kept the previous restaurant on tate street then this place. 3.9 rating is there for a reason.

The taste was lacking in flavor, tasted bland, no seasoning, the steak was stale and the worse thing I seen was the price of the food compare to other restaurants that I've been too. They even messes up my order by giving me rice instead of noodle. But, I would say that the only good thing about the place is their pre-made desert. The overall experience was very bad compare to other restaurants near by.

We tried the food for the first time last week and WOW it was soooo good. The service was excellent just like our food. I would recommend this place to everyone. You get a lot and it is very filling. We will be back!!!

First time here to a walk-up counter to order. My order was a bit of a wait probably due to delivery orders being fixed. One thing I didn't like was beverages are sold in 20 oz plastic bottles or 12 oz cans. That means no refills. The other thing is my order was served in a sectioned Styrofoam container for dine-in with plastic utensils. And I had to walk up to the counter and pick up my food which was placed in a bag. Ergo, no table service. I think this menu has good potential and it may be so new that they are just getting their wings. I want to see table service and poured drinks, and food served on some colorful plates with some stainless flatware for my $16 meal. I just have to remember that it is Tate St.

The response from the "owner" on all the negative reviews should show you that they really could care less about the food quality, let alone the customer's honest opinion. Instead of saying how a review "doesn't help at all", how about you take the constructive criticism and improve the experience. I will NEVER support this establishment, and I hope others won't either for the simple fact that they lack professionalism, customer service, and well-portioned fresh tasting food!
