Interesting place it's a Japanese restaurant that doesn't sell sushi in any way shape or form the food I did get was okay it was Hibachi chicken and it was good it's a little hard to have a conversation with the people that you're sitting with cuz it's just a bit loud but it is an interesting place I plan on taking the rest of my family and some friends there again so that they can experience it so it's definitely a place that I would say check it out you know don't be afraid...read full review
We came to UNCG from Atlanta for our son’s college audition and came upon this place. The food was delicious and the owners were so friendly. The cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. If our son ends up going to UNCG, we will definitely be back!??

Stopped here yesterday for lunch and the food was just okay. My Don Tonkatsu had a good flavor but was very haphazardly put together. An attraction of Japanese cuisine is it's neat and orderly presentation which this Don definitely was not. It looked like the sauce was through it a bowl, a dollop of rice added and then the pork (in chunks not slices it seemed) thrown in the bowl, followed by the stirred egg thrown on top.
