I have had everything on this menu and it is all very delicious. My favorite is the steak chaufa. The staff is so friendly—great service. My only note about this place is that it is way too loud. The room is not that big and sound is not absorbed well. My family eats at Embur almost every week, but sometimes we purposely get take out just because we don’t want to struggle to hear each other.
The rotisserie chicken lives up to the high standards of Peruvian cuisine. The spritz was perfect for a hot day. The chicken and vegetable bowl was excellent.
P.S. Why don’t they do something about the deafening sound levels? How much would this cost?

If you're looking for a real Peruvian restaurant, you've found it! The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very good! We ordered the shrimp iza as a starter, which is a super refreshing and light appetizer. The lomo saltado was well-made. Now, the highlight is the ceviche: very well-served, appetizing and beautiful! The kind of dish that makes you feel happy at the end!
