Let me start by saying I love Firehouse, the food is always great.
However upon entering this Firehouse ("Jefferson Greensboro NC") , and after placing my order, I begin hearing the 2 ladies behind the counter (taking orders and making orders), talking about how they love Subway more, how Firehouse is overpriced, "you can get the same thing at Subway", the "herb bread" at subway is better, and "subway gives coupons".... Edited** I had an unfortunate two experiences at this location prior. They both had to deal with customer service and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I received a call from the manager Holly today who apologized, took accountability, and wanted to resolve my issues. I will be visiting to give it another try.

i LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS and Ray and Robbie working in this store is AMAZING. Everytime I come, they are SO FRIENDLY and always make sure my food is EXACTLY how I like it. I HIGHLY recommend to eat here. Makes the meal that much more enjoyable!
