Stopped in for a quick bite to eat out in Greensboro off the Holden location and was greeted by Keyshawn Teasley, who gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing in a firehouse subs!

I always come to this Firehouse subs and tonight was the absolute worst!! The 3 young ladies walking have no since of urgency! The one who claimed to be the manager was very rude and not to mention there were 3 door dashers one who had been waiting for 30 minutes for a door dash that was never processed

One of the female employee had a really bad actitud. She spoke in a low level voice and she think that I can hear her right away. Because I ask to repeat, she turn her eyes up and said to the other employee to take care of my order. Apparently her phone have more priority than the clients.

Awful service. Gave us the complete wrong order. Missed multiple thing while we were in the store and the ladies at the front rolled their eyes and heavy sighed every time we asked them for assistance. Will not be back.

I love this location !! The food was delicious quick and the portion size was good. Nini made it an absolutely amazing experience she took my order made my meal and I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work firehouse

Food portions small just like they threw it together will no care. Staff is very unprofessional nasty attitudes looks like they don’t want to be there very poor customer service kinda dirty makes you not want to eat or order from there will not be eating nor going back to that restaurant

Not a great place if you have to get more than one order. I made a pickup order and when I arrived, they handed me the bags without bothering to mention that the only bottled drinks they gave me were diet cokes, when I had clients that ordered 3 different types of drinks. I caught it and ended up having to make my own fountain drinks. After getting back with the order, none of subs were marked to show which one was which, and they shorted us a sub. The subs themselves were middling at best. Do not go here.
