I recently had an amazing experience at this sandwich shop! The food was delicious, and the customer service was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that the staff truly values teamwork.

I was particularly impressed when a sports team came in, and the young ladies working there handled their orders like pros, getting everyone served in under 30 minutes! Their efficiency and friendliness were remarkable. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another meal soon!

Ordered a sub, took a bite, and surprise! Found a bread tie in my sandwich. Yup, almost got a side of plastic with my meal. Called to report it, and instead of making it right, y'all basically implied I was lying? Wild.
I didn't order the "Choking Hazard Combo." I came for a good sub, not a dental emergency. And now, we bring it to the court of public opinion.
Do better.

Firehouse please be more attentive when making sandwiches. Some have food allergies and it’s not as easy as just peeling something off that you don’t want.

I'll be honest the food was delicious and fresh. But it wasn't close to what I ordered. Being the only customer in the store you would think a simple sandwich would be hard to mess up...however the only thing they got right was the meat and cheese, which is sad considering the sauce is in the name of what I ordered.

Turkey, bacon and ranch with no onions or mayo. Got a turkey bacon and ranch with no ranch, veggies, or mayo and added deli.mustard for some reason.

I've come to "Memories of America"!

This was the first restaurant I ate at when I came to America.
This time I ordered a medium size Italian sandwich!

The moment you take a bite, it's so delicious! !
The balance of ingredients was exquisite, the volume was just right, and it was a very satisfying dish!

The price is probably around 12 dollars.
I want to eat it again! !
