Delicious! Best white sauce a hot mustard ever! Great sushi too!

Top notch sushi and fish quality. My salmon was perfectly sweet and delicate. Best quality in the GSO area, by far. Quiet classical music and attentive staff.

This was the worst hibachi meal I've had in Greensboro.

I ordered the hibachi shrimp and chicken. The shrimp seemed pre-cooked, rubbery, and still had the tails on. To make matters worse, I found a light-colored hair in my food. The chicken was pale and lacked the browning, flavor, and texture I've come to expect from hibachi prepared on a grill. It honestly did not taste freshly cooked.

The portion was also disappointing. There was an excessive amount of rice compared to the amount of chicken and shrimp provided. We spent over $40 on two lunch plates and did not feel the quality came close to matching the price.

What concerned me most was an interaction regarding the sauces. I asked for ginger sauce but was given sweet sauce instead. After I had already taken the sauce to my car, an employee asked me to bring it back because they didn't want to waste it. I returned it without issue, but I was surprised that a food item that had already left the restaurant would be taken back. That raised sanitation concerns for me and left me uncomfortable.

The restaurant was nearly empty during our visit, and unfortunately, after this experience, I can understand why. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.

Everything was delicious if not a bit expensive but well worth the money will be coming back

The food is fresh and delicious! Only thing is.. the take out containers! They work perfectly fine to keep the food good! You can NOT.. open them without waking your Wife or dogs!

They got me and my families orders wrong. My friend ordered steak hibachi and asked for white sauce. They gave us ranch and even the waiters said it looks and smells like ranch but it’s not. Then my daughter and I ordered Miso Ramen and it came out in dark broth. The picture in the menu showed a light cream colored broth. It tasted good but it tasted like chicken broth. I looked up pictures of miso Ramon and it didn’t look like what we were eating at all. When I asked why this was they proceeded to get upset and raise their voices at us. As we were walking out you could hear the lady who spoke to us fusing at her co worker in Japanese. I have had miso ramen and white sauce before . Also my daughter got Shrimp in her ramen and they didn’t take off the tales. Al’s asked for no corn like I did and received corn in her ramen. Mind you when we got there was a 30 minute wait. Save your time and go somewhere else. The staff is rude and the food was okay but not the right order.

Told the waitress that I wanted the steak medium rare. The food comes tonoir table and the steaks look well done. Tough chewy and not season properly. Everything was terrible. The only thing I like and because I was hungry was the rice and shrimps. That's all. Don't eat here take your taste bud's some where else. Don't waste your money here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fuji Hibachi. We ordered our food medium rare, but it came out burnt and overcooked. On top of that, the food was cold by the time it reached our table, which made it even worse.

The service was also frustrating. Our waiter struggled to communicate clearly, which made it difficult to address our concerns or get our order right.

Overall, the quality of both the food and service was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. 「ここには行かないでください。食べ物はひどいです。」as a South African first time i taste food that don’t make sense

I’ve been coming here off and on for more then a 10 years. This place has some of the best sushi in Greensboro and reminds us that life is like a plate of well designed rolls. You don’t want it to end, the best thing you can do is savor each bite and enjoy the company you came with. This place has a unique authenticity that reminds me of the best of them. Domo.
