If you are looking for a vending service for your business it’s not this one. They do not manage their machines and they are often empty for weeks at a time.

Food does not get changed or rotated, machine is now and continues to be broken(won’t accept card pay) I could shatter a window with the pastry I just purchased.

Need new drivers that are capable of driving

The vending machine is full of expired foods. We have 2 machines, both are constantly refilled with already expired food.

Well after calling multiple times to have a salesman call me back about vending options for a 50 employee business, a gentleman calls back to tell me that they don't service companies that small. What a waste of time. Maybe they should update their misleading website that states "Whether you’re a 25-person office, a 400 person manufacturing plant, or a 1000 student county school, the Greensboro Vending & Coffee Company has the modern vending equipment, trained repair technicians and responsive delivery drivers to keep you and your employees happy."
