I ordered the special 2 large pizzas with One topping The total was supposed to be 24.99 and when i went to pick up the order it was 37.99 and I asked for the reason the lady said because you ordered chicken, so there is no way they charge me $10 extra because I want chicken on the pizza not only that I pay for the food I went home and ate it as soon as I finished eating I had a bad stomach pain I couldn’t sleep never going to this restaurant again ever .

It’s been about 5 years since the last time I had Hungry Howie’s and recently moved back to the area, and decided to revisit it again. It is just as good as I remember! Would 100% recommend, especially this location. Easy to order, hot and smelling delicious at pick up, nice guys working tonight, and as we eat tonight we are very happy with the food itself.

Delivery , here is a joke no one ever wants to deliver the food and then they go through DoorDash which is completely fine but no longer it takes cash as payment!
Love the atmosphere and area. Customer service was great was son got a school pizza for free and he usually plain. She got him to try something new on his pizza and he liked crushed pepper flakes. Wow awesome quick getting my pizza and it was delicious. Great

Pizza was trash!!!!! Did not have nothing that even resembles hungry howie's taste. Pizza taste like it came out the deli at a grocery store. My garlic butter on the crust never made it there, because it taste bland. Do not eat this.....

Just tried to place an order by phone after they finally answered and was asked to hold. Then looking at the timer on the phone i waited for 12 mins. and finally hung up. This is the second time and the last 90 days I had service issues at this location. Way to many choices around. I just ordered a large pepperoni and a large works form Papa John's a mile further down Gate City Blvd and had no issues at all. Papa has a 1-topping carry out special right now for $7.99. Great deal.

For 13 dollars, there is no way a pizza should look like this. This location has been skimping on pepperoni my last two visits. I've gotten more pepperoni on a frozen pizza. The only saving grace is that the pizza is good and my kids don't complain.

If I cannot get New York style pizza hungry howies is the next best thing. Love the pizza don’t get me started on the bbq wings they are spicy but sweet. These salads are amazing too! I love hungry howies I hate I have to travel almost to james town to get it now they closed them all in my area.
