The best sushi around! I love this place. The sushi chef is the best!

My boy E recommended Imperial Koi and it was delicious. We ordered almost the entire menu and nothing disappointed! We had fantastic service from Nikki. Super attentive and kept our drinks full! Definitely will be back soon!

The food was good, but the presentation wasn't as nice as it has been in the past. They need to get more non-alcoholic options on the drinks menu

Was visiting family in Greensboro and found this great restaurant. We ended up coming back a second time. The food was exceptional along with the service. Would definitely recommend and this restaurant has become our favorite whenever we are in Greensboro.

First time here , middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Soup, spring rolls and hibachi Salmon was today’s lunch. Altogether a palate that was not left wanting, I even had a tear in the eye moment as I bit into a pineapple that was in my soup. The salmon was fresh tasting and cooked to order. The hibachi flavor was delicate and delicious. Otherwise I should know better than ordering fried spring roll, it’s a hard judge when I stay away from fried foods. Reminder to get the fresh rolls next visit, perhaps I’ll have someone special to share the experience with by then 🤞🏻.

Definitely one of the best, if not the best restaurants in Greensboro!

The food is AWESOME! The service is even better! Nini and Vicki are our favorites! The are hard working, kind and have very interesting backgrounds. Thank you girls!

Very pleasant experience for a sole business traveller a long way from home. Would definitely return. Only downside was their inability to take Apple Pay. Fortunately, I had my card with me!

I visited Imperial Koi restaurant with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday, a tradition we have enjoyed for many years. While I value the great food and love to support local businesses, the experience was terrible and disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we found it very difficult to get any attention. I had to go to the bar to request water refills, wave down a server just to place our order, and the food took an unusually long time to arrive. Additionally, I was notified of a $10 cake service fee ONLY after I had handed the cake to the staff for refrigeration. (I had brought candles, birthday plates and silverware with me). I have never been charged this fee during previous celebrations at this restaurant. While I understand the need for various service charges, I found this unexpected fee to be counterproductive to a customer-friendly experience as this may discourage long-time patrons from choosing Imp Koi for their special milestones. It's great food however I will be choosing to go to other restaurants to celebrate special events. This restaurant is good for small lunches and dinner.

Food was average, good but nothing to impress, but the only downside was that for the food to arrive it took a long time when the place was not busy. Sushi and sashimi tasted fresh.

Service was the biggest issue. Our server was largely absent throughout the night—we had to ask other staff to locate her three separate times, and there were stretches of 30 minutes or more without any check-in. That’s simply not acceptable for a restaurant that wasn’t busy.

The bar didn’t help matters either—our mixed drinks were poorly made and inconsistent.

To be fair, the food itself was good. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

We were told a special event was the reason for the service issues, but the dining room didn’t reflect that level of strain. This felt more like a planning and staffing problem than an unavoidable situation. Overall, a disappointing visit.
