As a regular customer who always loves the cookies and service I receive, my experience recently really surprised me when my friend and I went. The man working the front was rude to us both because we didn’t realize the shop was about to close. The lights were on, door unlocked and there was no sign on the it so we walked in, surprised by the wet floors. He could’ve kindly asked us to leave directly but instead made us feel bad for being there even though we were trying to hurry our order before the till turned off. He proceeded to sell us cookies that were undercooked and didn’t wait for us to get out the door before hurrying after us to lock the door. Strange experience overall.

1st time ever had insomnia cookies I was delivering uber eats. So I got an order myself and they the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. 1st place I stop when I get to Greensboro from Charlotte is here like I did tonight. That chocolate mint & snickers doodle are to die for

Apparently, management is fine leaving out of stock cookies on the menu board so that you wait excitedly for something that isn't there and settle for something else. I won't be back for a while.

First time visiting and it was nice. The front cashier was friendly. She suggested offered suggestions on which combo we could get to ensure we got all the cookies we wanted for a great price. I am upset that they didn’t have the Jinglebread Cheesecake Filled Classic and Red Velvet Cookies’N Cream b/c I love cheesecake and red velvet cake.
Our order was ready quick. I will definitely be back

$17 for 3 cookies that I could of made myself. They were small and not worth the money.
I am a regular customer and tonight around 9:45 pm I purchased 4 cookies and 1 bottle of water. We forgot the water and proceeded to turn around to get the water that wasn't given to us. The man who was working...I didn't catch his name, but my mother went back and he told her that if she didn't want to wait in line to get the water that she paid for that she could walk to the convenience store and grab one from there. It was very rude and he needs to work on his customer service skills. That's all.

Placed my order and waiting patiently then as I was just about receiving my order I noticed that I was about to receiving something I did not order so I mentioned it to the person, they said " oh my mistake". I noticed the cookies where placed aside and as I asked "what you were going to do with the cookies I did not order", they told me throw them away. Told no I will pay for them and you can put them back in the box, they said no, I have to throw them away.. I insisted I would pay for them and right before my eyes in the trash they went.. To say the least I was shocked someone refused a sale.. Don't know if I will come ba k
