Roommate and I ordered cookies with ice cream and they had no spoons and did not give any change so we lost another 7 dollars between the 2 of us.

This cookie parlor offers a late night option of still being able to arrive before 3:00 a.m. which is excellent the fact that they do have a decent cookie selection is good too and the people there were somewhat so okay I would say that this is a place that you definitely is a one-timer for me because the cookies were so far I mean I can get the same type of cookie at Food Lion or your local grocery store their Gourmet style cookie and I think the Food Lion Gourmet style cookie is probably a little bit better than other places I would also say that overall just to say that the amount that you get for the price that you pay is very lackluster your you get one scoop and I was saying that they were putting one Scoops in people's cups like it was really a single scoop of ice cream literally and it was like giving it to people and they're still paying like freaking $5 $6 and stuff you go to a regular ice cream parlor and you would pay a lot you would get a lot more ice cream than that I am giving it three stars because I had gotten a hard cookie and I'm glad that I didn't order two of them because that was what I was planning on doing at first but I'm glad I did not do that

When I arrived there was a sign that we could only put in online orders so I did just that. I ordered two Brookies and one cookie brownie I waited 30 min and then I recieved my order everything was hard as a rock! Unacceptable!

Unsure if I should blame the delivery driver or the store. I’m a frequent customer so this was a tad disappointing.

Don't advise spending your time or money for this company. This location had a massive staff walk out due to illegal retaliation from company leadership with several employees at this location after they brought to light of illegal activities that the company was participating in. This company mistreats their employees and will not stop. There cookie quality has also decreased over the years due to cutting costs. Run away.

As a regular customer who always loves the cookies and service I receive, my experience recently really surprised me when my friend and I went. The man working the front was rude to us both because we didn’t realize the shop was about to close. The lights were on, door unlocked and there was no sign on the it so we walked in, surprised by the wet floors. He could’ve kindly asked us to leave directly but instead made us feel bad for being there even though we were trying to hurry our order before the till turned off. He proceeded to sell us cookies that were undercooked and didn’t wait for us to get out the door before hurrying after us to lock the door. Strange experience overall.

1st time ever had insomnia cookies I was delivering uber eats. So I got an order myself and they the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. 1st place I stop when I get to Greensboro from Charlotte is here like I did tonight. That chocolate mint & snickers doodle are to die for
