Very cool vibe with the diner twist. Great price and excellent service. Definitely a great place when you are in the area. It's on the street side of the commercial center and that part isn't great...that being said, we enjoyed the inside. Don't judge this book by its cover. ?
Parking: You do have to walk across where the drive thru is located. Honestly it's better to go in and sit down and enjoy the vibe.
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and our server provided three colored pens to use.???

Krystal is the manager here and I spoke to a staff earlier after I received my order via door dash. I have a gluten allergy and I'm highly allergic. I got the fat cat that comes with everything but I choose no bread and no pancakes! Krystal doesn't care and still puts things in orders even when ppl don't ask for it. Money down the drain now and I won't order or go to this location to get food since they don't care about you. If I get sick I know who's getting the medical bill.
Was charged over $18 for breakfast. This includes $5.19 for a side order. Wasn't offered a Senior Discount. Another table, close by, was told of a $5 discount on their next visit, attached to their digital receipt. No such thing for me. This is the thanks I get for supporting local restaurants.
Parking: Pay attention to menu prices. Ask questions. Never assume your meal will be reasonably priced.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice entrance and exit ramp.

The only reason why I gave a 4 star for food is because my hash browns were under cooked and cold. However, everything else was superb. Ms. Dee my waitress was amazing. She knows her customers by name. The restaurant was very clean and food service quick. The rest of my food was awesome!

Service is poor. Understaffed. Went there during lunch hour today knowing what I wanted to order and I stated this twice to the staff. The waitress who was assigned to my table said ok, she would be right back to take my order but she never did come back. There were only 2 waitresses on the floor and the other waitress was engaged in a lengthy conversation with customers who had already been served and were about to leave, even though there were others before me who were also waiting to place their orders. I used to enjoy going to this Jake’s for breakfast, but now this site seems poorly managed and consistently understaffed. The food is still ok, but the service is terribly lacking. Someone needs to help management understand the importance of good customer service. If you want people to spend money at your restaurant then act like they matter to you
