Placed a order by phone at 5:45. I arrived at 6:10 to pick up.I get here and the order wasn't placed because I didn't pay over the phone.If someone had told me that before hand it would be different. I've been here before and didn't have to do that.

Beware. False advertising online.My first time trying this diner, I placed an order over the phone. I was going by the prices that they had posted online. When I go to pick up my order, my total was about 4-5 dollars more than the price that was shown on their website. I showed the online prices to 2 staff members and one told me I should’ve scrolled down to see the actual price. Then she went on to say that they should’ve changed it online a long time ago. So this means that you know you are false advertising. Not only did she try to make me feel like I did something wrong by not scrolling to the bottom of the screen, she had a nasty attitude while speaking to me. I definitely won’t be back.
This location has a problem with customer service. They messed up my order and had an attitude like I did something wrong. I go to the one on Wendover and have never had a problem. Don’t go there!!
