Excellent italian ice cream and great customer service. The staff was very friendly, and the store was clean. We loved the flavors and will be back soon!
For the first day of summer break my daughter and I hadn't planned on Italian ice however, we doubled back for some in Lebauer Park today. The young man at the stand was very polite and although he was packing up, he agreed to make cups for my daughter and I. We enjoyed the Italian ice soo much and we plan on visiting the store very soon!
Visited on a Wednesday night while not too busy and still had difficulty just leaving with what I paid for. Asked for a Medium Jelati with Cookie butter, swirl ice cream, cookie crumbles and Oreo crumbles. Original received a Cake batter (I can chop this confusion up to lack of hearing) but then it was also a size small, with chocolate ice cream. 2 outta 5 correct. When I mention it, I was met with them correcting me, telling me what I ordered. Mind you, the screen shows it too. They offer to make it again. Cool. Came back still in a size small. I ask for the receipt because at this point I think I just stated everything wrong when ordering. Nope! Receipt shows what I ordered minus the ‘Cake Batter’ instead of ‘Cookie Butter’ (again, honest mix up). Gave me a small instead of medium. Back to the cashier who now seems very agitated at anything I say. She offers me a Tadpole size to correct the shortage. Everything was said and done with an attitude and a tone. I love this ice cream store down in Columbus GA so was excited to try it here. I’ll stick with GA. I would hate to see how they handle customers in the dead of summer when it’s substantially busier. Ice cream good, customer service, mediocre at best. Everything was also very sloppily made we had to ask them to put them in larger cups to prevent the mess.
Very good!!!
I discovered Jeremiah's in Florida recently. When I came home I was surprised to learn that they are also local to my area. I took my family there for their first time. My favorite is mango and cherry bullfrog no Gelato. Everybody really enjoyed thier frozen treat.
The ice cream is delicious! Everyone who works there is very attentive—always with a smile. It is an excellent place to go with children and family.I recommend that place.
I really wanted to love this place because the ice cream itself is genuinely very good. The problem is the way the containers are filled. Every single time we visit, the cups are overfilled to the point that when you take the lid off, ice cream immediately spills down the sides and all over your hands, car, table, or floor.
At first it seemed like a one-off. Now it feels like a consistent operational issue. What should be a fun experience turns into a sticky mess before you even get the first spoonful.
Honestly, it leaves a surprisingly negative impression of the brand because presentation and usability matter just as much as taste. I’d strongly encourage management to address this with staff and focus a little more on practical serving rather than packing the containers beyond capacity.
Great product, but the repeated mess is getting to the point where we genuinely don’t want to come back.
So unprofessional! I went in today around 5:27 knowing I wanted to try something different as i come here often. And i told the cashier, one second we didn't know what we wanted . She repeatedly asked me if i was ready in a one minute time span and then i guess her boyfriend/guy friend was sitting in the store waiting for her to get off (because they left together) and she’s making faces at him and he’s doing the same glaring at us as if were doing something out of the ordinary by taking our time reading the menu. I caught them in the act of trying to “be funny” and side eye me and my friend. I felt so uncomfortable like i was in a high school cafeteria honestly grow up !
Top level
I’ve only been here twice and I love it! As the daughter of a Pennsylvanian I love Italian Ice and was devastated when Rita’s closed. This place is a wonderful substitute. The gelatis are amazing and the custard is delicious. The employees are extremely friendly. I was there today and it was pretty busy and they kept apologizing profusely for the delay. I will definitely be returning. Well worth the trip.

Great experience
The staff was friendly and patient. The shop itself was clean, colorful, and had a fun, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better. Their Mango and Pinacolada ice are the best!
Absolutely loved this place! The Italian ice is insanely refreshing with so many flavors to choose from—each one tasted fresh and packed with flavor. The ice cream was just as impressive—super creamy and rich without being too heavy.
The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, patient, and happy to give recommendations (which did not disappoint!). Everything was clean and well-kept, which made the experience even better.
Perfect spot for a sweet treat, especially on a hot day. I’ll definitely be coming back—this is easily a 5-star favorite for me!
Wow! I'm really impressed with the Italian ice here; it has so much flavor and is so smooth and creamy. I got the strawberry and sampled the watermelon, and both are absolutely delicious!
There are so many options to choose from and the prices are reasonable.
This is definitely going to be my favorite place this summer!
I want to give a shout out to the staff, they are awesome, super helpful and friendly.
When m children and I arrived we were rushed and our Italian ices were not what we were used to getting. You could tell that there was no love put into making our order. This has been a favorite place to come to visit with my family ever since it opened. I have referred so many of my clients and friends. It’s disappointing and I’m not sure if I’ll be back
