Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Great dessert and quick service

I really love this place! But unfortunately I usually have to get my order to go and I've just noticed that after the ice cream is made..... a quarter of it gets scrapped off to get a lid squished on it. Im loosing ice cream as well as it being squished down isn't very appealing.

I feel like a different lid would be a definitely fix this. Maybe a cone lid of sorts. Either way it makes me not want to get anything else unless we are able to sit down to enjoy it.

Friendly service. Good Italian ice cream. There is Italian ice cream and then there is real Italian ice cream and this is the real stuff. So glad I found them.

The young girl at the front counter working today between 7p-8p she is very rude. I told her I was not sure of the number I used for the app but I was able to pull up the scanner and under my free item it had a code that she could enter which she ignored Everytime I asked her to enter it , then she goes “you don’t know your number “ . I said no I recently got a new one so I wasn’t sure which number I may have used on the account .heads up She said your scanner is broken on every register she was just giving me a hard time . I paid for my kids and stuff and left . She has no good customer service, my order also was not very good they just threw it in a cup

I probably visit every 2 to 3 weeks and I have always enjoyed my service. This time I waited in line for a solid 4-5 minutes Before someone even looked at me to say they would get with me in a moment. Then I became more irritated because there was a group behind me that one of the staff members recognized, and she proceeded to allow them to go to the second register yet I have not been served. I waited About another minute until another staff member walked up and realized that I had been skipped. She tried to tend to me as soon as she could being that they were also filling drive-through orders and even gave me a coupon for my next visit. The other staff still never apologized to me btw. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but she did have blonde hair.

Italian ice is amazing and the staff is nice.

Had a large watermelon italian ice & it was delicious. Also thought price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back

I love this place but please change your flavors. 12 for the summer months is not enough. Coconut please

AMAZING! This is my first time at Jeramiah’s and I am VERY impressed. The staff were very nice and very quick with making my treat. I ordered a medium Birthday Cake Jelati with a scoop of cotton candy Italian ice. It was so good! I started doing a happy dance in the store, will get this every time I come to NC 10/10 on everything 😋

We love this place! The ice cream and Italian ice are very good and well worth it! Definitely better than your average ice cream shop:)

Excellent choices and flavors combinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My grand kids loved it and my Pina Colada was fabulous.

I had the cookie butter ice cream Italian ice and it was 🔥 the combination of sweet cream ice cream and Italian ice was good. Great experience

From the time this place opened till last week when we went out as a family, we have enjoyed Jeremiah‘s Italian ice tremendously.

The manager Angela, is so kind. The workers are always very friendly. They really do give you all you want to sample, and there are so many delicious flavors. And they add new ones regularly- My kids enjoyed the freeze dried skittle mix-ins just introduced in March.

Edit: I have to take it from 5 to 4 star, not because of the staff and service but because the selection of flavors went way down, from 24 to 14. Among those lost were our favorites- sea salt caramel and coconut. I still recommend it, but I myself won’t go as much because those flavors were the reason I went.

Good for my wallet and it’s a GREAT cheat treat because it’s delicious and lower calorie. We don’t spend money to eat often, but this is one place we will spend and spend and spend!

Jakyra was absolutely so helpful! I asked for something specific and she went above and beyond to make it happen. Love Jeremiah's and their wonderful staff!

Back on 6/7/25: Lawson was absolutely amazing. He was kind, funny and made our experience wonderful. Such great customer service experience!
