Ordered over 25 minutes ago and the food has not even left the store at this time. So much for fast service. Called store, and they said they would cancel it. 10 minutes later, the order still showed as "order placed" so I called back. A girl at the store said the order is voided on their end but I still show no refund on my side nor a confirmation email. I asked when I would see the cancellation and refund and she said it may take up to 3 days! I told her I would just file a complaint then, and she hung up the phone on me! Completely and utterly RUDE and they don't need to be working in the public sector. I will leave negative reviews anywhere I can about this location after their rude attitudes.

Went here at 12:30am and got the best sub I’ve ever eaten. Wasn’t expecting that quality! BBQ chicken ranch crunch is amazing and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I’m just leaving a review because I literally can’t stand the Jimmy John’s drivers at this specific location!! They drive around town like a 16 year old who just got their license. They never use blinders to switch lanes or turn which I feel like is bare minimum when driving a company vehicle. And I always see vape smoke flooding the drivers side window. It’s cringe. It should say “drivers ed” instead of “Jimmy John’s” on top of the car. I about had it when they pulled over abruptly with no hazards or blinkers and I almost hit them. Learn how to drive a company car! This deters me from eating there so I don’t have anything to say about the food.

The lady with the blue hair at the register just ruined my night. I came In there so jolly she was so rude jimmy John’s is the only place I wanted to eat at with it being late I lost my appetite Ms lady should not be in the register with her

Literally their customer service is so good. When I missed my initial delivery the guy remade my sandwich and brought it to me at 1 am! And he was so sweet like I definitely recommend! And the sandwich was so good.

I like Jimmy John’s sandwich but I wasn’t aware they only have provolone. Cashier very rudely told me there was no shredded cheese options, and they had wrapped up my sandwich before I finished ordering. Fast service only counts when you get the order right!
