Ordered over 25 minutes ago and the food has not even left the store at this time. So much for fast service. Called store, and they said they would cancel it. 10 minutes later, the order still showed as "order placed" so I called back. A girl at the store said the order is voided on their end but I still show no refund on my side nor a confirmation email. I asked when I would see the cancellation and refund and she said it may take up to 3 days! I told her I would just file a complaint then, and she hung up the phone on me! Completely and utterly RUDE and they don't need to be working in the public sector. I will leave negative reviews anywhere I can about this location after their rude attitudes.

Went here at 12:30am and got the best sub Iâve ever eaten. Wasnât expecting that quality! BBQ chicken ranch crunch is amazing and Iâll absolutely be coming back.

Iâm just leaving a review because I literally canât stand the Jimmy Johnâs drivers at this specific location!! They drive around town like a 16 year old who just got their license. They never use blinders to switch lanes or turn which I feel like is bare minimum when driving a company vehicle. And I always see vape smoke flooding the drivers side window. Itâs cringe. It should say âdrivers edâ instead of âJimmy Johnâsâ on top of the car. I about had it when they pulled over abruptly with no hazards or blinkers and I almost hit them. Learn how to drive a company car! This deters me from eating there so I donât have anything to say about the food.
