Ordered food to be delivered and they forgot to attach my drink to the order. I wasn’t even mad about it just ask for a refund for the drink they said they could only give me a credit and not a refund since I ordered a combo so yall can forget to give me my drink but can’t give me my money back. Will not be coming back!

I visited this Jimmy John’s today, it was one of the best and fastest sandwiches places i’ve ever been to. I am not from Greensboro, but I’d definitely recommend this jimmy johns! Ren had great customer service along with Tony who made my amazing sandwich. I got the original combo (pepe) and it was delicious! 5 stars!

I work close and ordered online, I'm just sitting in the store waiting on my sandwich for 10 mins...did not receive the notification it was ready and instead of the cashier letting me know my sandwich was ready, she sat down and proceeded to read a book...a few more mins ago by... considering I had to be back at work, I got up and went looking for my sandwich...she then with a smart attitude said here it is...I said if you know someone is waiting why don't you ask if you can help them with something??? Terrible customer service.
