Used to be a great place. Then they switched to Uber eats delivery. Now it takes 40 minutes to get your food. So much for “freaky fast delivery”

$18 for 2 mediocre sandwiches with very little meat on them and one made wrong. Probably will be a long time before I'm back at a Jimmy John's.

I work close and ordered online, I'm just sitting in the store waiting on my sandwich for 10 mins...did not receive the notification it was ready and instead of the cashier letting me know my sandwich was ready, she sat down and proceeded to read a book...a few more mins ago by... considering I had to be back at work, I got up and went looking for my sandwich...she then with a smart attitude said here it is...I said if you know someone is waiting why don't you ask if you can help them with something??? Terrible customer service.

The do not put any real amount of meat on the subs go hear eat then when your hungry when your done go to a place that actually gives you what you pay for. Sad times we live in.

When I'm able to do a pick up order the food is 5/5. But it seems like every time I order for delivery they don't have any drivers on staff. ?♀️
