We went through the drive thru about 5:30 Saturday evening 12-27-2025. We ordered an 8 piece family meal. They were out of coleslaw which was disappointing because that’s usually the best thing they have, wound up getting two potatoes to make up for it, we got home ready to eat and the chicken appeared like it had been sitting under a heat light for a while, the biscuits were hard as a rock, you could have used them for a weapon. For 34 dollars it was very disappointing.

KFC sent me a notification from the app about an hour ago on Christmas Eve claiming if I hurried up and placed an order I would get a $10 Ticketmaster card with my purchase I called the 1-800 number after placing my order to find out how to get my $10 coupon they claim that promotion ended in September then why are you sending it to me on Christmas Eve

Customer Serice was great and the food great but the atmosphere smelled like straight Urine no not the bathroom the DINING area it smelled so bad I was praying to smell some grease or chicken but the smell didn’t break.
5 stars on the service and the food but 0 for Urine smell. KFC dining room should never smell like Urine almost lost my appetite

I’ve been in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out my food. I finally call and she says ok I’ll get it together. WTH She said they were waiting for legs to cook. Right!

Manager is rude, my food was disgusting. My chicken breast was dry and overcooked and it was made two days ago. There’s only two people working and my money was transferred twice and they didn’t want to help me get it back. They told me I needed to call kfc to revive my money back and when I called no one answered and I asked the manager and he said that there was two orders but he couldn’t cancel it at all

Spicy chicken sandwich combo. Very spicy, not a good choice for someone that might have GERD or acid reflex. Not busy at five pm on a Friday. Chicken sandwich was fresh and hot, very spicy. French fries were fresh and hot. Sandwich was better than Popeye’s. Several management on site, all were rude. The gentleman that was the shift manager was cordial.

Horrific is least I can say about my Experience on my online experience at KFC app. Executives their are rude and not ready to listen and misinform customers..
Issues are:
1..There is tab to call but call land to someone who ask for city and then shows inability to help then they transfer call again.. what the fun is sharing that no.
2. Then it lands to someplace which is team of highly unprofessional executive who take pride in misinforming customers. You can check my todays call where executive say wait for 10 min for deliver and 10 min never ends. Gives contact no. Of store and those no. Does not exist. Confirm order got cancell without cancelling it and refuse to listen problem. Why are these jokers are sitting there.
And at the last after 3 hours of placing order, I have to visit store for cancellation of order which could have been done online..
Entire experience was like dealing with Gangs of Waasseypur..
