Horrific is least I can say about my Experience on my online experience at KFC app. Executives their are rude and not ready to listen and misinform customers..
Issues are:
1..There is tab to call but call land to someone who ask for city and then shows inability to help then they transfer call again.. what the fun is sharing that no.
2. Then it lands to someplace which is team of highly unprofessional executive who take pride in misinforming customers. You can check my todays call where executive say wait for 10 min for deliver and 10 min never ends. Gives contact no. Of store and those no. Does not exist. Confirm order got cancell without cancelling it and refuse to listen problem. Why are these jokers are sitting there.
And at the last after 3 hours of placing order, I have to visit store for cancellation of order which could have been done online..
Entire experience was like dealing with Gangs of Waasseypur..

I called the store and told them they gave me the wrong order. The associate told me she remembered my order and then she had me to call Door Dash after I told them I no nothing about door dash I ordered thru your website. I called door dash stayed on phone about an hour and they said they do not have the order it is through KFC. I call corporate they took order and subtracted what I received that I did not order. And came up with a $11.99 refund and I still haven't eaten this food as it's cold and greasy. I've been given the run around from the store and Sat on phone from employee who knowingly told me to call door dash after I made an online order with KFC, Then to call Door Dash and be put on hold numerous times. Doordash Who knew nothing about my order as it was an KFC order and been on phone with Kfc corporate for a while too. And still without my pot pie, soft drink and mashed potatoes. Also given 500 reward pts which I didn't ask for, so when asked if I refuse to take a 11.99 over the 18.96 that I spent and sitting on the phone fuming and hungry then why can't I have my refund and my time back. The lady really sat on phone and subtracted 2 pc of meat, a side pot pie to come up with 11.99.from a order I did not ask for at all. When did it become my fault. If I could go to the restaurant I would. I am completely disabled in wheelchair and have neuropathy in fingers sitting here typing this to you as I'm not sure if she thrown the complaint away since I didn't accept her resolution and ask for someone higher up. Is this how you do business kfc?

The workers were very nice, but they seemed to be out of almost everything I was asking for. Also the kids chicken nuggets were overcooked and inedible, had to throw them away.

I placed an online order for the '6 pc. Tenders + 12 pc. Nuggets Family Meal.' I did not pick it up, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere or the service. However, the food was cold, and both the tenders and nuggets were undercooked and pinkish inside. We usually don't go to KFC, and unfortunately, after this recent visit, we will continue to avoid it.

This kfc needs to be shut down it’s unacceptable to go pay your money and get crappy food! I ordered a new Nashville hot chicken bowl with fries literally they put like 5 fries in the bowl I called and spoke with the manager she was like yes it comes like that really !!!!! I won’t ever recommend and anybody that asks I’ll tell them they better off picking it out the trash!!!

I have gone to these location on Bessemer few times & the food has always been horrendous. I ordered # 3 & requested only wings. They got me dry wings that felt like bricks. This was on 1-13-25 @ 9:30 pm. The fries was soo cold & I believe they got it from the trash. Paid $14 bucks for trash. The place needs to shut down indefinitely
I know that English is not my language but I think I can make myself understood wherever I go. At this KFC they serve you unwillingly and they think that because I am not from this country I don't understand , they even charge me for things that I have not ordered, they do what they want and they even ignore you. Terrible service. I am not saying that everyone is like that in that establishment but that was the treatment I received.

The Gentleman was great at doing his job but the owner over step and just messed everything when I was asking for fresh food she say it all fresh and nothing old but little does she knows he already told me that nothing has just came up in awhile this is my last time trying KFC with private owners cole slaw tasted disgusting it used to be my favorite

Haven’t had KFC in a while , and decided to stop by on a whim yesterday. Picked up a few tender meals for my kiddos (who never had KFC) . Just going to say , they had a good KFC experience. The young lady working drive thru was kind and politely informed me that I would need to wait a few extra minutes to receive my order. The wait was worth it, the food was hot and fresh and didn’t disappoint. ??
